Laika: Aged Through Blood

At first, I was unsure of this game. It was repeatedly recommended to me by friends, eventually, I'd given into my curiousity. -A mere taste of the soundtrack and the wonderful story-telling of the world had me hooked. The story alone gives you this heavy feeling of responsibility that cannot be easily shaken. The basic gameplay loop itself merely just riding around with the soundtrack playing is enjoyable itself. The ending felt a little... short lived, but it left such a strong impact that I wouldn't change a single thing about it. The cinematic animations for every major story point, the character writing. It was all perfect and it leaves me aching for a sequel. A true must-try. If you're on the fence about this game, give it a fair shake of an hour or more.

Très bon jeu indépendant, univers graphique et musical est vraiment beau, l'histoire est cool et le gameplay est original ! Il se fait en, environ, 15 à 20h, ce qui est parfait. Ca vaut vraiment le coup !

Very interesting take on a metroidvania and motorbike parkour/platforming game. It's pretty, the music is incredible, the story is gripping, you get attached to the characters. It's rare for a metroidvania to have a good story but I thorougly enjoyed this one. It can get a bit long on the fetching sidequests so I would see skipping some of those if you're not the completionist type, the rewards aren't crazy and they don't mean much. The main story is interesting, the universe is cool. play this!
