Amazing Game
It's a shame this game hasn't gotten more attention. A solid take on survival horror that has a unique retro presentation. I originally played it when it came out and still remember it till today.

A fun and short, old-school survival horror game with a really neat PS1 inspired artstyle. It's a fairly easy game with monsters that have clear tactics for beating(though the bosses are a bit too easy). The atmosphere is great, the music is fine with the ending/credits song being a standout. The puzzles are fairly simple but enjoyable with my favourite being the safe combination one. I really like how that one is solveable without finding all the numbers beforehand. I wish this game was a more popular and I'm really interested to see what's next from the developer.
Its a pretty good game with some caveats. The game has a great visual style and controls that feel half classic and half uniquely innovative. Most boss fights play out like a light puzzle with some timing required to get hits in. The game does require some patience due to some intentionally slow movement, deliberate attacks, and nicely animated but admittedly long cutscenes for common actions like going up and down floors of the manor. If you play on origin mode like I did the fixed camera angles will fight you a lot, they give the impression of being chosen for cinematic reasons and not gameplay reasons. If that is an issue for you then the modern mode will be the way to go.
this game is very old school, the control is clunky, the puzzle is confusing and the hidden item, lol. But it's a good game if you like games like og RE, Onimusha. Oh and the developer has the balls to make his name appears multiple times for multiple roles instead of just saying a game made by him at the end lol.
Extremely charming homage to PS1 and PS2 survival horror, tank control games crossed over with a point and click adventure. You have an option to play without tank controls as well, though I didn't check that out personally. The game itself is pretty short but the puzzles were enjoyable without stumping too hard, and I did see a guide was posted if you need more help. I saw some negativity around the point and click aspect around online reviews but I didn't find it too troublesome. You can inspect a lot of the environment and I didn't run into trouble using it to get through doors or pick things up. During a fight if you think you'll need to use medicine you can simply hover your mouse on it. It seems typical for this sort of game but you do want to be careful hoarding heals, especially in the final section. I played badly so I had no healing for the last few fights and essentially had to play perfectly to beat the game, but even when I was at my worst there was a way forward to save and then heal a tiny bit more. I think this is a nice pickup for the atmosphere and unique experience, but like some said you may want to wait for a sale if $25 seems too steep for a 3-5 hour experience. There is some replay value in beating the game on the two modes and also for playing without being damaged a single time, but I don't think I'll go for those.
found this game while surfing the steam store playtime if you are very well at managing your item you can finish it quickly although the puzzles will extends your playtime if you love puzzle solving the puzzle solving is not that difficult it's more time consuming imo graphics/art is a ps2 style era the camera has two types, fixed camera and third person perspective however on 3rd person you can't move your camera freely the combat is ok and polished as i said before, this game is also item management i ended up start from the beginning twice because of how i messed up throughout the game you are limited to a few slots of inventory (8 or 6 slots i think) music is nice soundtracks is nice there is one minor bug but only to be triggered by player's action so it doesn't come to you there is a boss will charge right at you and if you decide to block and gives you i-frame but due to the boss size it went through you and the character you controlled will fall into the void, but beside that everything is safe
Developed by one person, and made a very good quality game, that's very impressive
