Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Kingdom Wars 2 has been rebuilt from the ground up. The Definitive Edition combines the best aspects of the original - massive engagements, robust crafting, and complex city building - with a new engine, improved graphics, and a redesigned interface for an improved gameplay experience.
Once again, Kingdom Wars 2 focuses on the clash of Humans, Elves, and Orcs. As the war between them intensifies, each begins to recruit from other races: Scurrying Goblins, lumbering Ogres, mighty Minotaurs, ancient Treants, crafty Dwarves, fearsome Skeletal Warriors, and magical Dragons - depending on the alliances, techs, and buildings they pursue.
Experience an epic dark fantasy story in the single player campaign. After the three great races lose favor with the gods, the world is engulfed by total war. Follow their struggle and determine their fates in a mode filled with cinematic moments and additional gameplay elements designed specifically for the campaign.
Each of the great races can recruit a variety of Heroes, capable of bolstering their allies or decimating their foes. Three Orders of Wizards have also aligned themselves with one of the great races, using their vast magical power to shift the course of battle with terrifying Lightning Storms and devastating Blizzards.
Crafting is tied into every aspect of the game. Create new, deadlier siege weapons, unlock new units and buildings, create new game cards for your deck, and research new industrial technologies. Every battle you fight brings new crafting resources, from common Tools and Blueprints to rare Legendary Weapons and Tomes of Magic.
Each of the great races features a unique Tech Tree. Progress down its branches to unlock new options for managing your city, new units and buildings offering new strategies on the battlefield, and special abilities that can turn the tide of the battle.
Cards add a layer of strategic complexity. Your deck can be expanded through crafting, allowing you to summon additional resources during battle, call in reinforcements, or cast magical effects. The right card played at the right time can turn the tide of the battle, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat.
Take to the field in vast skirmishes between up to four players (human or AI). First, build up your economy and harvest resources. Then fortify the city and prepare for battles on a massive scale. Choose your troops, craft techs and cards, refining your strategy and play style to ensure that victory is yours.
Experience brutal fantasy sieges. Trebuchets and Dwarven Cannons rip apart foes and walls alike, as Battering Rams smash gates, and infantry storms up Ladders and Siege Towers. Defenders respond with scalding Oil Pots, brutal Spike Traps, and crushing Stone Tippers. Mayhem grows even more with Dragon’s Breath machines setting the battlefield aflame and Grinders carving a bloody path through masses of infantry.
The dead have returned! The undead horde marches towards your settlement, killing all in its path. Everyone they kill soon awakens and turns on you - unless you manage to burn them quickly enough. How long can you survive? Prove your mettle on your own - or invite a friend and face the undead horse with a friend in co-op.
Kingdom Wars 2 includes a robust social component, with an in-game chat helping you to find players, get assistance, and set up battles. It also allows players to join guilds and alliances, show their allegiance and gain extra rewards - and of course, invite friends to battle together in co-op mode or challenge rivals to battle.

A 2026 review of a 2012 game should be taken with a grain of salt… and maybe a medieval helmet. This was the first Kingdom Wars I played, and it kept me entertained for a solid chunk of time, specially since i hadn't play RTS in a while. Big medieval RTS battles, lots of micromanagement, and I think there were trolls or goblins involved at some point (last time played was in 2023). Nothing revolutionary, but it did the job back then. Score: 7/10 – solid medieval RTS, best enjoyed with realistic expectations and on a good sale.
yoooo this game is awesome actually, but the fact it wouldn't work at all after i got a better pc AND more importantly i asked the devs on their discord for help and got no response for almost a week leaves me no choice but to leave a bad review
Well.. Where should I start. I am playing for a good many years. More than 30 now..Oo.. And I saw a nice bunch of great games. Or should I say games that could have.. would have.. but did not? Honestly Kingdom Wars 2 could be all that I love about base building, survival, medieval sceneries, fun voices, castel defence and more. Aside of the game being older now (considering about 5 years since it came out) the game has a variety of auspicous issues: Auto safe: I love it. But where does it safe to? And how can I retreive my games? Game crashes: with every time I play the game, It feels like I can play another 10 minutes longer until it crashes. But crash it will. I have played mainly the zombie survival concept and loved the idea about it. But to be honest, trebouchets that fire like miles away from the target, hitting empty ground that then miraculously still kills units that have not been in reach by any margin? Just details of course. Overall grand idea.. But poorly executed. Seeing that the devs of this game have create many successors and apparently gotten better with every try, I think it is safe to say that they were just trying, failing, trying again to hopefully succeed. I am voting this game Positive because I get how much detail they have put in. I see a lot of love for what they have created, details, voice overs, music choice and all. Whats more, from previous comments in here as well as from their other games, I take it that they are attentive and concerned for their community and do their best to fight on all fronts as best they can. Again. The concept is great. And assuming the positive reviews of their following productions are genuine, it does seem as if they eventually hit the mark. Also, since i literally paid like 3 bucks and something, I do not mind at all. But.. I wanted to love it.. And.. it did not let me. My old gamer heart is broken but I see a light on the horizon.. ow wait.. that was my girlfriend going for a midnight toilet break. Anyway. Don't buy this one. Check out their other games if any and stay true to what you love. Peace out.
