Don't let my playtime in this game fool you. I have played these games on their respective consoles, and on PC via epic. This is, hands down, the best valued collection of games in existence in my opinion. Kingdom Hearts 2 alone holds such a special place in my heart and I consider to be worth the full price of this bundle - and yet, it also comes bundled along with THREE ENTIRE complete other games, and compilations of the cutscenes for 2 more games. KH1 is one of my earliest memories of a non-handheld game that I played through alone, where prior I had only played GameBoy games, or watched my dad play the ps1 FF games. While it holds a lot of nostalgia for me, I have replayed it in adulthood and it holds up. KH2 stands tall even today as one of my absolute favourite games of all time. The combat gameplay is second to none. It remains as one of the only games I have enjoyed so much as to be extremely motivated to get the fullest experience: I have finished it several times; 100%ed the game on the hardest difficulty; completed a level 1 crit challenge run; and started (and intend to return to) learning a speedrun for it. Even at full price for this entire bundle, I would deem KH2 alone worth the cost for the hundreds of hours I have gotten out of it. As for the remaining 4 items of this bundle: I can't speak much for CoM, I have trouble finding the desire to play it through and find the card system a bit jank; BBS is thoroughly solid, but VERY poorly balanced for crit difficulty and can feel a little repetitive at times between the board game and the repeated worlds per character playthrough; the cutscene movies are "fine", but it's extremely disappointing that 358/2 has not received any full-fledged playable remaster - the little I played of it on my DS was pretty good, and the cutscenes/diary notes devoid of gameplay context are found to be quite lacking.
I have only played KH1 so far but I love this franchise and having this collection is amazing. Been going through trying to 100% it and it's been an absolute blast. Grew up with this series and bought a PS2 just for KH after playing it at my friends house, and I can honestly say all these years later I am still having just as much fun with it.
