Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 18 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

goofy & fun asymmetrical multiplayer game, but is overpriced and not too many active players. many lobbies have bots, and the bots are kind of pointless

Игра определённо крутая! Всем ценителям Ретро зайдёт! Но прошу об одном, добавьте русский язык :)
This game is full of potential but it will never reach it because it's pretty much dead and on life support thanks to crossplay. Also game could be fun with friends but if you're playing the solo you're going to have a tough time. And feel like the game wasnt optimized too well.
all they had to do was fix trapper and add new maps, bruh.
its pretty fun when the servers are active, but it def is not worth the price
I'm not really sure much was learned after Friday the 13th... Don't get me wrong: From the start during release this game was a blast without a doubt, as a clown or as a human it as a nice experience to run around and hunt humans or creep past clowns and occasionally shiv one to death. The pacing and balance of the game does allow for humans and Klowns to have a good time without each side getting steam rolled. Options are available for even players who are dead to play minigames to help other humans out or even get respawned. The escapes all feel a little too samey but having them in different spots with only so many people able to use each does make it a mix between teaming up and utter free for all to find safety. Loads of customization options that I think borrowed more from their Predator game, letting you make a custom klown as much as you can make custom playable humans to run around as with different stats and strengths. The problem is less so the balance of the game as is it that there's not a lot of staying power to the game. Rounds go by fairly fast, one way or another which I guess is fine, especially if you got jumped early as a human. That said, the map count is pretty anemic for how fast paced the game gets. F13 got away with having this few amount of maps because the pacing of each map wasn't so quick one way or another unless you had a really really fast Jason. For Killer Klowns, there just has to be more maps or game types to keep players on board after three or four rounds. At the time of this review the player count is really low, which also hurts the online experience for both players still hanging on and new players wanting to get a feel for the game. Sure there are bots to fill in for humans, but they're somehow even more dumb than F13's bots... practically waiting for the doomsday clock to tick down and get murdered even if the klowns are just afk without a hint of effort. Predator: Hunting Ground's human bots had more fight in them than this! As online is the main experience of this game, expect this game to die at about the same pace as its player base, especially with the game requiring to communicate and connect with the dev's servers. I always have questioned the idea of having a game rely on communicating with servers instead of client side/hosted games, as it only takes a matter of time before the developer pulls the plug on their side and effectively kills the game entirely. One could certainly argue that client side servers encourage more cheating, but maybe thats a whole other debate and topic in and of itself. In short: the game looks and plays good... but it lives and dies off its player base and right now that player base is dwindling from the game's limited staying power to keep people playing. Most players don't play on to grind levels and unlocks, some do but most just want a game that they can jump into whenever and have a good time without long waits for a decent sized lobby.
I don't need big words. I don't need fancy words. Instead, this will describe how much they dropped the ball: Lmao. Alchemists turned silver to gold, you turned gold to ♥♥♥♥.
Nope, bought at launch and played for a couple hours (7) and its not it! The clowns are too overpowered and the characters pretty much stand no chance! Some times it was fun but some times it just felt like playing a friday the 13th copy. The lack of content is bad, DLCs? nope not worth it! Most people ever playing it were at launch! right now probably like 10 people! So no, dont buy this game! its not worth the money, go buy far cry instead and keep some bucks
game is awesome when it was at its peak. theres time throughout the week i wanna jump on, but theres no reason to play anyways because it became so dead. hopefully the devs fix this issue and get more people to play. Great game to play with friends
