Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth

Absolutely stunning storytelling. Each character had heart and life to them, and despite the fixed major points of the plot each choice and conversation felt like it has extraordinary weight to it. What an incredibly human sort of game. I spent 19 hours exploring everything I could in just one playthrough. There was not a single moment I would consider dull. The pace is slower and thoughtful, speeding up at the perfect moments for an epic display of storytelling. This will go down in my recent memory as one of my favorite games I have played in a long while. I wish they made games like this in the modern day.

I can't call it A GAME, more like illustrated audio book with elements of point and click quests. But the story is soo good. It's grounded, low-pace, believable. But i must warn you, if you have alg- brain, first chapters gonna hurt. Enjoy

Je tu hodně postav, občas mi dělalo problém vyznat se, kdo je kdo :D Hru jsem si hned po skončení zahrála znovu, protože jsem byla zvědavá, jak se bude příběh vyvíjet, když změním události nebo nechám nějakou postavu umřít. Při druhém průchodu jsem zjistila že už mě ta hra moc nebaví, jak je dlouhá. Každopádně hru určitě doporučuju, zaujala mě tak, že si jdu pustit seriál Pilíře země, na knížku jsem moc líná :)

很好的还原了原著内容，也增加了改变原著情节的选择，画面很好看，没有很难的解密，更像是看可视化可选择的书，缺点是人物移速太慢，剧情进展也慢，需要很集中的感受不能心急
