Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Vorsicht, besser Finger weg.
I just finished playing Jack Keane 2, and I have to say, I was surprised by the mixed reviews. For me, it was one of the best games I’ve played in the last few years. Yes, it’s an older game, but honestly, that only adds to its charm. I don’t see it as a flaw at all. The game follows Captain Jack and his adventure partner Amanda as they search for the amulet fragments needed to find the mysterious Ukumba. The plot takes you all over the world—from Shanghai to Hamburg, to the shores of the Nile, to an African village, and even to the top of Kilimanjaro. There are also a few surreal levels set inside Jack’s subconscious, where he's accompanied by the Shaman, which are really interesting and add a lot of depth to his character. Overall, there are four main characters: Jack, Amanda, Eve, and Carl. Each one is distinctive and quirky. Jack is the kind of hero you can’t help but root for. Eve is a mysterious but welcome addition to the team, and Carl is a bit of a geek but very likeable. The only one I didn’t love was Amanda—she scolds Jack a little too much for my taste. I haven’t played the first game yet (though I’ve bought it), I’m hoping it will help me understand their relationship better. By the way, the first game really should be available on Steam—buying it on other platforms is a hassle. Continuing about this game... It is super colorful and full of humor. Some jokes are childish, others are a bit sexy, and there are adult allusions mixed in with dialogue options that make Jack sound partly like an adult and partly like a kid at times. It’s the kind of game that could appeal to both younger players and adults, I suppose. One feature I really enjoyed was the ability to romance either Amanda or Eve. The romance was well done, with real choices and genuine romantic moments. I didn’t expect that from an older 3D point-and-click game, but it was a great surprise. The plot is very creative. Often when I start a game, I can guess what’s going to happen later, but this one kept me guessing the whole time. It’s a rollercoaster of surprises—you never know who Jack will meet or what will happen next. Some of the point-and-click puzzles don’t always make logical sense, but they add a comedic charm that fits the game perfectly. The game is well researched, and the voice acting is excellent; there’s even acting in other languages, which adds a nice cultural flair to the different settings. And yes, I have to mention—Jack is extremely good-looking for a 2010s model! I also loved the steampunk motifs and the various inventions in the game. They add a sense of wonder and make this game feel like a surreal steampunk fantasy (a little). Loved the ship, the vintage car, the zeppelin, etc... The ending was surprising—I never saw it coming—but it was very satisfying, at least with the choices I made. Overall, it was an awesome ride. I can’t wait to dive into the first game and understand the roots of the story. I had no idea what was going on when I first started this one, but I quickly got my bearings. In short, this game has it all: an attractive hero, a great story, fantastic settings, quirky puzzles, steampunk machines, and wonderful historical locations. It was an absolute joy to play. This game definitely deserves a remake and maybe even sequels. Thank you.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Jack Keane 2 - The Fire Within. The graphics are alright; however, the game crashes frequently, is an absolutely lag-fest, and overall is just consistently riding the struggle bus. It has a theme that I traditionally enjoy (Uncharted/Tomb Raider themed); however, it's yet another point-and-click adventure game that requires the player to think like the developers, and often times, it's odd. Overall I could see how it had potential, but seeing the reviews from Nextgengamers, Spieletipps, and Gnomgames, I cannot see how they rate this game even in the 8/10 category.

all jerky and slow running impossible to play
The game flat out doesn't work - reached out to the support pages - never got a response. Don't waste your money
Schade.
