GOAT, jogo muito fiel ao dia a de um helpdesk/field support e dá pra aprender bastante do básico, pra quem tem interesse.

It's rough that the game forces you to finish out a 40 minute day before you can exit the game with no progress lost. Also, not being able to shift-tab back through text fields such as IP addresses is clunky. Give it a freeform text field. Update for the Dev comment: Thanks for the update. I was not aware of the exit door after ~35 minutes of playing. At the time, real life got in the way and I had to close out of the game without being shown the save method. If I had known earlier, I certainly would have, but I lost that 35 minutes. No biggie.

There is still known RCP patch chord disconnect bug that will completely break your game for future RCP related tasks. (THIS HAS BEEN KNOWN SINCE NOVMEMBER 2025!!!) At any random point a Disconnect Patch chord will pop up on your screen unprompted. DO NOT PRESS IT. Go over to an actual RJ45 and click it, then click patch chord disconnect and it will remove the prompt off your screen. (Discovered all this after looking up what happened) It will disconnect your RCP from what I can only assume is its connection directly to the abyss as there is no actual port for it. You will no longer be able to use your RCP if you press it unless you restart your current day or open a new game.

There's something to the game but it really needs more work. My 2 cents in no specific order: - Some of the issues feel exactly like real life, others... not at all. - The server manager shows a file server, but no AD, yet you can create groups and users, and a domain name exists. - Some users require things that would be denied right away, and would be immediately overridden by GPOs. - All users appear to have admin permissions - Bios related missions are buggy as hell. - You can find initial documentation but no way to update it. - The office feels really empty. Users keep bugging you for assistance, but you never meet another person face to face during your shifts (need!).

EDIT: Sorry about the below review. I am pregnant and was very frustrated but after the developer very nicely explained what I was missing I was able to enjoy this game a ton. Thank you PolishFrog for your kindness and explanation. Hormones are no joke. This game might be great for someone in the IT field who is familiar with these tasks, but for someone who just wanted to play a simulation game, it is not good. The tutorial goes over a couple of things then you are on your own. There is basically no help other than a built in forum that helps with very few of the tasks. It's frustrating to not even be able to learn how to do the tasks so that you can do them in the future. I wanted to be able to learn from this game and appreciate being an IT person but I was just frustrated by the lack of help once you finish the tutorial. Hopefully this gets better once the game is out of early access but for now I cannot recommend it as a simulation game for most groups of people.

Купил игру про "IT-мастера по сетям" - в итоге меняю обои на рабочих столах по однотипным заданиям. Плюсы: Запустилась. Минусы: Графика - недокуббизм. Рост айти мастера низковат. Почему он один на работе - где девчонки? Управление ужас. Карту нарисовали в паинте 1997 года на win1995? Однотипные задания - поменяй обои, установи программу. Задания по сетям - запусти программу - и всё. И опять - сделайте уже папки, куда можно скидывать свои обои со звуками. Хотя бы это разнообразит игру. Оставлю - но ценник наверно упадёт до рублей 35 скоро - Большего не стоило бы платить. Игровой индустрии хана.

solo lo jugue 3 horas... pero puedo decir y afirmar que el juego es bueno y no solo eso, los creadores le prestan mucha atencion al game (minimo en mi exp de un dia para el otro arreglaron uno de los bugs que reporte, chance y lo reporto mas gente, pero que sean tan efectivos me parece excelente)
