Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I cover a wide range of genres both paid and unpaid, providing unbiased opinions as well as regular giveaway events.
Video Review TBD https://youtu.be/nkG088haRK4
Doesn't Hold Up
Inkbound doesn’t hold a candle to the countless other games oversaturating the deckbuilding genre. Not trying to be harsh, but adding a combo system, a blackout-style map, and some equipment options doesn’t make up for how little there is here. It’s Early Access, sure, but there’s barely anything to dig into, it feels like it ends before it even starts. The aesthetics are kinda cool, I guess, but after talking with a developer about the intended tone, something eerie or spooky, none of it really sticks, because it's mixing too many features. The visuals, effects, and atmosphere don’t blend into anything cohesive. Worse, the game is riddled with bugs. Things don’t load properly, events break, and sometimes you can’t even draw or place cards during combat. You can chalk it up to being unfinished and a work in progress, but really it just feels lazy. $20 for barely an hour of gameplay is criminal. There’s just nothing here.

This game is in early access as I write this review, so be warned it is not complete by a long ways, but I absolutely love it. There's a lot of balance issues, and the content is still under development, the skill tree in incomplete, yada yada yada. It's still amazing. If you like roguelike deck builders, give this one a try. It will be one of the best when they finish it and they've been actively improving since it entered early access. I can't think of another game with the variety of synergies as this one. Brilliant!
I love the combos and the fast sense of progression in this game. Disclaimer: I consulted on this project, but I've genuinely love where the game has ended up in the hands of the developers.
A qualified thumbs-up from me. I've max leveled the only available class and beaten the game but I still feel there are some balance issues. Some of the elite-level monsters seem pretty dramatically up-gunned, especially the dragon, which could be a boss in and of itself. Some have mentioned replayability, and yes, with only one EA class that's going to be an issue, but I want to reserve judgment on that until I see all three classes. There are some good fresh ideas here, especially the "idea" concept, but barring any changes to elites I'd really like to see some sort of metaprogression added. Seeing an elite add 10 damage every turn in the first tier makes for some pretty short runs without some help to the player.
It's gonna be a good game, updates are slow but you can see where it's going.
谁教你设计第一个boss起手五福临门封印五种卡还保留还只能用五点七点伤害的连招打150血的 本来五福临门还有连招挺惊喜的,结果出一张boss加一点力量,两三轮就12*4,有人能玩着不气笑吗
Inkborn is one of those games where you go in expecting a Slay the Spire clone with no unique features and find something that has managed to twist the genre in entirely new and unexpected ways. Inkborn takes a proven brilliant formula and adds in detailed overworld exploration, "doom timer" mechanics that don't feel forced, a meta-world with literary-inspired elements, and an increasingly difficult series of biomes to fight through. What's different: - Literary inspired cards and themed decks - Map-based Over-world with "doom" ticker that keeps you on your toes - Origami themed art - Combo mechanics mid-fight to discover and keep your enemies in check - Meta-game progression through a town mechanic The current state of the game is fantastic and 1 of 3 classes at the time of writing are unlocked. Beyond excited to see more from this developer and where Inkbound progresses, i've spent ~10-15 hours at time of writing and could easily spend another 10 to beat current level of content and there is so much more to come. For fans of deckbuilders with creative twists and gorgeous artstyles, this is a definite pickup!
Very promising game in the style of Slay the Spire - does some really interesting things.
I was genuinely surprised at how playable this game is! It’s addictive and challenging – but never in a way that makes you feel stuck. Every run requires adjusting your tactics, and as you progress, your hero grows stronger. There's a nice element of character building and upgrading your cards. The art immediately drew me in: the origami‑style theme is remarkable and unique. Can’t wait for future chapters – it’s a solid game and I’m eager for more!
extremely disappointing for that price, at a glacial development pace wants to StS with more systems, but those extra systems barely add anything, while all the basics are super shallow game is also barely implemented so far
