Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.71/day in the week to Aug 16 → 6.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i have my thoughts, but most of them would be countered with "that's the point". i made a piece of food taste terrible by design, that doesn't make it taste good.
this game brought me into tears the story of siffrin and his struggles with change and being forgotten perfectly incapsulates the fear of most people with the future and change

Huge disappointment. I gave it a go, but I really don't understand the praise for the writing. It's constant apologies, constant reassurance, constant “you can do it.” After a while, the characters start sounding like they've all been handed the same script about how to be supportive. Everything feels so carefully softened. Let characters disagree, be blunt, say the wrong thing. Let an uncomfortable moment actually be uncomfortable. Having everyone reassure each other all the time doesn't automatically make a story emotionally deep. For me, it made the dialogue artificial, repetitive and frankly exhausting. The gameplay didn't make up for it either. I wasn't having fun, and the writing wasn't giving me a reason to push through. I'll be much more careful about relying on Steam reviews in future. Clearly, glowing reviews don't mean I'll enjoy what a game actually offers. I'll also pay closer attention to the standard refund limits: 14 days from purchase and under two hours played. If I can't actually try a game soon after buying it, I'm skipping the sale. Saving a few euros isn't worth buying something I end up regretting.
I don't have the words to describe it well off the top of my head, but this game is absolutely INCREDIBLE and rotates around in my head like a microwave
have played this game for a little bit. overall, i'd say it's alright
Story is good, characters are very likeable, art direction is cute and I did cry in the end. Worst part of the game is very repetitive and shallow gameplay. It is very painfull to walk the same paths, defeat same enemies using the same abilities. Especially in the middle, where plot slows down and you have to backtrack a lot to find the way to progress. It can be intantional — it weight on you the boredom of timeloops, and maybe it supposed to be unpleasant, but I seriosly considered dropping the game. To alleviate repetition, you can zone out on repeating dialogs. It does not work not on item descriptions, monologues and some dialogs, which is might be a bug. So remembering options you already choosed will help you proceed faster. Overall, a very good story heavy game with some minor setbacks.
tldr: genuinely one of the best games I've ever played, 10/10 basically perfection made into a video game.

the music is fantastic, both in and out of the game.
the visuals are cute and help convey the message even harder.
the gameplay is engaging but just repetitive enough to notice the frustration it conveys
the narrative is peak. I don't even know how else to describe it, I just love it. all the little things as well as the actual plot and writing are just so good.
it is exceptionally queer-positive, and the way it plays into that is something I have *only* seen in this game. it is incredibly friendly, and even still has the undertones of queer struggles in some parts of the writing/narrative, which ultimately makes it easy to love on this premise alone.
I first heard of this game by the thumbnail and title of a youtube video from a video game character and narrative analysis channel I enjoy. I didn't watch the video, but eventually got curious and decided to take a look at the steam page. bought it after realizing I could pretty easily refund if I didn't like the game after all.(after a bit of troubleshooting since I'm on Linux and had to fumble with Proton for a bit) I started playing and immediately fell in love with the game. maybe I just need to play more turn-based RPGs like this, but this one just really hit all the right things, I feel like. if you enjoyed other games like Undertale, or Deltarune, or if you like queer-positive stories with a heavy emotional impact, you will probably enjoy this game quite a bit. insertdisc5 did an incredible job here.
