Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 16.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Humankind is a fun, novel departure from the done-to-death Civ formula. It's not perfect, but the art, vibes, city planning and diversity of civs and cultures make it worth your time.
Having battled with Civ 7 for the last year, and being a fan of Endless Legend 1 & 2 I have to say Humankind feels so good to play. great interface, great gameplay, particularly with all the expansions, which I picked up in the sale for a total of about £12. Compared to how much Civ 7 is charging, and the fact it is still seriously borked, I would highly recommend Humankind being worth a look, and I am very much looking forward to seeing what they do with Humankind 2.

What Civ 7 should have been. The game itself has issues and design flaws in my opinion (Would've loved if the game had hotseat) but overall it is a fun 'Civ like' that takes a different approach with great music and great design that truly explores humanity as it grows and changes to adapt to the environment around it as opposed to how the Civilization franchise handles things, which is you pick a culture and locked into how your game will play. With Civ 7, it truly feels like the game had been redesigned to try to mimic the design principles of this game.
I have played nearly 1000 hours of this game and I cannot recommend it enough. I will freely admit, there is a pretty big learning curve to Humankind. It throws a lot of systems and mechanics at you and strategies that work in certain other historical 4x games don't exactly translate. But, if you approach Humankind with an open-mind and without pre-conceived notions about what it's supposed to be as a "Civ Killer" then I think there's a huge amount of depth to explore. The culture switching mechanic truly makes every playthrough feel unique, diplomacy has the potential to be just as useful in resolving conflict as stacks of units, and of course the whole game is beautifully rendered. Humankind is on sale right now, I'd say you're going to get your $5 worth out of this one. Now that being said, in my time playing there are still a few things that I don't love about the game, namely the simultaneous turns system where you and the AI essentially act at the same time. This usually translates to the player being forced into a defensive play-style and it's not necessarily game breaking but.... let's just say I'm glad Amplitude has seemed to move on from this idea based on Endless Legends 2.
