Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 16.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Please fix this game. After needing a couple of times to get to know the game, I was finally in a game that seemed to run well, my cities grew, everything was going into the right direction, until someone declared war on me. And there is no way to end this war, I can't even surrender because they didn't reach anything that was worth something but neither can I just stall the war, so now my cities become rebellious and I cannot do anything anymore. A pity because overall, Humankind feels quite like a good game but as long as there a gamebraking bugs, I won't keep playing.
finally picked this up during a Steam sale after having it on my radar for a long time. My main concern coming in was that changing cultures every era would destroy any sense of national identity or familiarity with your empire. In practice, the system works brilliantly. Because victory is driven by total Fame—the cumulative impact your civilization leaves on history—you aren't locked into a single rigid path. In Civ VI, your choice of leader often forces you into one or two specific victory conditions from turn 1. In Humankind, combining culture traits across eras makes your playstyle far more versatile and responsive to how the match unfolds. Bottom line: Civ VI feels like a digital board game with predefined rules designed for competitive multiplayer with friends. Humankind feels like writing an evolving story in a living world, making it a significantly better single-player sandbox experience.
Fantastic 4x, still getting used to it, some mechanics make no sense (yet). Early game is phenomenal, end is a bit of a drag.
This game has some things that sets it apart from, but none that really make it a 'better' experience. It's about the same overall, aside from the start being a bit more active/interactive. Rather than founding a city, you move around and hunt things for food. Trying to get enough to make additional units, then an outpost, then upgrade the outpost to a city. That's definitely the best part about this game. But that mechanic goes away the moment you found a city, making it just like Civ after that. Combat is definitely one of the worst aspect of this game in my opinion. Reinforcements are finnicky when YOU try to have them, but AI gets to pull them in no problem. Defending a city can be impossible unless you leave units on the city at all times, units that are directly beside the city don't count for reinforcements when defending against a siege. Wonders are okay, cool mechanic of building around them, but it definitely feels like there's a billion things to build and by the time you get to a certain point it feels like you shouldn't build a city for the pure purpose of getting a tech later that would literally be faster than building your city now, as when you get that tech, you'll get most of the 'starter' buildings. Wonders can be co-build by many cities, which I think is great. City-States are okay, not equivalent to Civ, but not worse. Easily merge them into your empire late game. Most of the choices you make in the game are obvious in what you 'should' pick if you were a ruler IRL. Those choices are obvious for anyone that has morals overall, but I don't think it should affect the game negatively in the way that it does. Don't want to regulate industry? All your cities stability goes down for 10 rounds because a second ship sunk. Want to enslave the people that invaded and pillaged your cities? Woah there buddy, there's gonna be a revolt in your cities for that. Want to enslave the people that commit violent crimes in your cities and cause stability loss? Revolt part two, electric boogaloo. Child Labor? Children die and cause stability loss every now and again. Too many Immigrants and you want to maintain your isolationist policy? Woah there buddy, we were FOUNDED by settlers, how dare you...take this stability loss. Take over someone capital and change the style to fit your empire's theme? Stability-b-gone because of the riots. There's 'open' paths for the empires, sure, but it's clear there's specific routes they want you to take. If there isn't an event because of a civic you take, there sure will be a sassy remark from the narrator. Obviously some of these are reasonable outcomes regardless of the foundation of the civilization, enslavement, child labor, and equal rights. But the way the events are worded, despite your civ's choices so far just don't make any of them seem 'real' I guess. Isolationists would absolutely consider some invaders as sub-humans. Egalitarians would accept nothing less than equal rights for all. But the options are usually presented in a black/white manner, which make it seem that there is only negative and neutral outcomes. I don't mean to argue for ANY real life scenarios of the things I mentioned, obviously, but just for the game. It doesn't make sense for every Civ to have the same mannerisms and morals. Overall I still had fun in the games I played, and recommend it to fans of the genre, but catch it on a sale. DLC doesn't change much too btw so catch those on a souper sale. Rough start, decent middle, expected late game. 6.5/10
