HumanitZ is an isometric, open-world sandbox survival game set in a world ended by a zombie outbreak. Survive alone or with friends by scavenging, crafting, building, and fighting to last as long as ‘humanly’ possible. You can’t change the past, but you can fight for the future of humanity.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11/day in the week to Aug 22 → 15.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

A zombie outbreak wiped out civilization as we know it. Hordes of zeeks gnawed their way to the top, becoming the world’s apex predator. Regular humans are now an endangered species, with isolated pockets struggling to survive in this new, unforgiving world.
Welcome to HumanitZ, an isometric, open-world, sandbox survival game, where you can try to make a difference and put humanity back where it belongs - at the top of the food chain.
Will you gamble on cities and scavenge loot, knowing hordes of zeeks might be around the corner? Or do you try to survive off the land in the country, through hunting, fishing, and farming?

A vast, cruel world stretches from untamed wilderness to dense urban cities, with each location offering resources and risk. Exploration is rarely safe and never predictable as you face infected wildlife, zeek hordes, and hostile survivors roaming the landscape. Drivable vehicles become essential tools for survival, allowing you to cross dangerous territory, haul supplies, carry companions, and push farther into hostile environments. Will you find aid and trade at survivor camps, or violent confrontation as you take over enemy bandit bases?
If the infected and other survivors aren’t enough, hunger, exposure, and a dynamic weather system constantly threaten your chances of making it through another day. For those willing to keep moving forward when others stop, the path leads to The Island, and the truth behind the outbreak and its terrors left undiscovered.
Pick through the ruins of the old world and scavenge resources to survive, or retreat to the hills to avoid the shambling remnants of humanity. Set up a farm, forage, hunt wildlife, or fish to sustain yourself. Each choice can mean the difference between lasting another day or becoming part of the ruins.
Survive your way. Play solo, cooperatively, or online in PvE and PvP modes with dedicated servers and proximity voice chat. Whether you face the apocalypse alone or with friends watching your back, the choice is yours. In a desolate world, even solo survivors learn quickly that befriending a dog or horse companion can mean the difference between life and death.
Design your chosen survivor with professions, afflictions, and a skill-tree system. Then outfit your survivor with a plethora of weaponry and gear that shape how you endure the apocalypse.
Use an extensive crafting and building system to create what you need to survive, from gear and consumables to vehicles. Craft and customize weapons with attachments and modifications to survive relentless threats and hunt game. Upgrade vehicles with armor, weapons, and storage capacity to adapt to the risks ahead.
Then construct a safe house, fortify your base against threats using defensive structures like electrified fences and concrete barricades, or reclaim a burned-out house as a new place to live.
Not all zeeks are slow and stupid. Adapt and improvise against numerous zeek variants, or you'll risk becoming zombie fodder. Customize your game sessions using extensive game-altering settings, or push yourself further by enabling Permadeath Mode if you dare.

This is not State of Decay. The UI is horrible. There is no direct interaction, like dropping purification tablets into a dirty water bottle. Nothing in the videos prepares you for the frustrating time you will have to spend fighting the UI instead of zombies, while survival itself becomes a challenge. Everything you want to do is buried in drop-down menus. If you want to build, there is no highlighting of what you can currently craft with your items. There is no close-proximity building using items from your storage. This game and its interactions feel ancient. There is a free demo—I have not played it. I wish I had. I can’t refund anymore. I will have to push through to get some value, or just leave it. I wanted to look into some know-how, but it seems the only good thing is combat, which is why players mention strong support for PvP and so few mentions of the areas that are so poorly designed. __________ Played some more. Camera angles are limited, I gues the reson was to limit the view so that the game would not stutter in rural areas so much as it does. Bad choice. Same as walking in front of a high building, the building does not get blended out instead you get a red silhuet and no visibility what is happening. I would recoment you skill the broken tutorial, this was the original rage moment for me, that made me almost ban the game. It is broken, has limited functunality, can't do everything like place tent, but can't pack it up again. There is not enough explaining that an hidden interaction is possible like fress F for filling water if you are knee deep into water. Or how to lockpick, using same interaction. So once you figure this out, the game became playable mess. It's not good, same problems with item interaction exsists. If you want to install a mod to a weapon, you have to have that weapon in hand, the go right klick item mod and choose install. Withought this, you can't even do it and won't know if attachment can be placed unless the discription mentioned it. Freindly and enemy NPC are indistinquishable till they start shooting at you or not. And then you know, alright it is now safe to approch them. In a way you can tell, by seeing agressive always carry their guns, at least this is how I spot them, but if they fight of some close by zieks, they you are left with choice to help them and see if they fight you after the zieks are dead. Also there is a spawn of a hunting party near you chosen location every view days. First a hord then they came after, look like normal friendly trader NPC ony to draw weapons and start shooting you on site. I hope the there is some story at least I did some quest, so far no real development... hope to see something worth doing.

Lots of bugs, but it’s a really fun game and has a lot of potential.
To be honest, I’m shocked. I actually bought this game once before and refunded it. I only picked it up again because it was on discount, thinking, Come on, I’ll play it for 3 4 hours, have a laugh, and uninstall it. But damn… the game is actually not bad at all. It has come a LONG way. Especially the survivor recruitment system !!! wow. That part is awesome and honestly made the game feel much more alive than I expected. It still needs a little polish here and there, but nothing major. The biggest thing I think it needs now is more late game activities especially things to do inside your base with the other survivors. More interactions, activities, events, or anything that makes the base feel more like a living community would add a lot. Other than that, I’m genuinely impressed. Good luck to the dev team. You guys have really improved this game, and I’m glad I gave it another chance. Recommended.
apparently you have to craft water
So I played Last Day on Earth on mobile, and this is exactly what I wanted that game to be, without all those mini transactions from that other game. This game is so fun. Music is so beautifully sad, like in Fallout. I think this will be one of my favorite games of all time.
This is one of my favorite indie games to date. I have been playing it nonstop since i got it. Yes it has its quirks and the camera angles can get annoying at times especially in a tense moment. But i've had so much fun playing this game, and i play a lot of survival games
I thought the last stand aftermath and atom RPG was the best isometric game i have ever played until i stumbled on this game, this game tops them. I like the idea that this will take you forever to play. I have just want to see this done: please polish more how the character interact with things like cutting trees. gassing cars, etc as this game focus on character. I have a recommendation: like if you invite a real people to play this, and you both have bases, you can visit each other's bases but you can not loot their build storage's only the common lootable things like any other buildings and that is vice versa, and you can do trade, if they log out or out of connection while you are together their character will go home or something. Second recommendation: please can you make trees grow again for example they start small and with amount of time they grow big and can be cut again, cause i play this game and kinda deforest around my base. My most concern and my wish to be optimize: I have the new valve steam machine, this is the unit I am playing this game, can you please optimize the device. I played the tutorial 3 times before playing the actual game and it is in max settings, 2k, all ultra, 60 fps, no stutters or lag. I am very happy I can play this great game on max settings but when i try to play the actual game, i can only put it to high, 2k resolution and it stutters, barely hit the 60 fps. If i go any lower, it will be a crime for me. Since the tutorial is optimize on my device maybe you can optimize it on the actual game. Its ok if the above statements can not be done but just this to optimize on my device, I will appreciate it a lot. maybe this is just me asking this but I hope to be heard. Thanks for these amazing games though, I am seeing myself playing this for a very long time.
