我是从本体接单刷墙那套脏活扎进去的，后来把 Garden、Luxury、Pets、Farm、Dine Out来回翻。头一回接邮件工单还以为是个家政模拟，进门满地垃圾、墙皮发霉、蟑螂在脚边爬，抄起吸尘器吸到手发酸，刷完一面墙滚筒一停，平板弹出客户打款，才意识到这玩意儿骨子里是把"收房、清场、拆改、补水电、铺砖刷漆、摆家具、挂出去等买家接盘"焊进一套循环里的翻新生意——你不是在施工，是在盘一笔笔倒手利润，买房前得盯负面属性砍价、卖房时挂高一点等那两三个游戏日的有缘人，拆下来的旧窗旧柜别扔垃圾桶，平板里卖掉回血，基础项没补齐就堆贵家具也卖不上价，这种"边干苦力边算账"的紧，是它最上头也最劝退的地方。 它最邪门的一刀在"从垃圾到场子"的正反馈。破车厢、林间小宅、城郊公寓挨个翻过来，敲墙改格局、补墙洞、换插座、装暖器淋浴空调，最后把米白浅灰原木色一铺，灯光一开，买家进来夸一句"这地方能住人"，那种脏乱变体面的爽感比很多建造游戏都钝重。可待久了你就摸透第一人称那点别扭：家具贴墙永远差半寸，细小位移让整面墙的对称全歪，贴上了还蹦红色提示空间不足，最后只能随便一摆凑价值；刷墙只能竖条走、铺砖一块块贴，技能点满也只是范围和速度变了，活还是那套活，后期一面墙一面墙刮过去，手比脑子先累。 更磨人的是估值逻辑——你辛辛苦苦配了一套整体色彩和动线，和随手把沙发床灯往屋里一垛，卖价常常没差出该有的距离，设计欲被数值轻轻掐灭，老手后期干脆走简约风速翻，美感让位于倒手效率，那种"我到底是装修工还是炒房佬"的恍惚，是泡透后才有的空。 DLC 是把双刃刀。Garden 把割草修池塘种树全锁在门外，不买这包，翻新完望着荒草齐腰的院子比屋里乱更扎眼；Luxury 丢来月夜湾的别墅、工厂、旧公寓和智能灯泳池，豪宅活一开工时直接翻倍；Pets 塞进猫狗兔子和宠物友好改造，Farm 把谷仓、灌溉、牲畜、种地全挪进翻新盘口，Dine Out 又让你改餐厅咖啡馆寿司店，菜单和厨房布局都得管。 重制版把十款扩展揉进一个工具箱，画面、光影、全配音、区域清理和多区块拆除一顿加，新人一步到位很香，可老全 DLC 玩家点进去像进了一间擦亮过的旧办公室——吸尘器吸蟑螂不跟手这茬没真治好，原版那套底子还是在，情怀值钱，必入说不上。 更膈应的是商业化那点算计：本体像半熟品，割草、农场、餐饮经营这类本该是翻新底盘的东西一道道拆出去卖，成就和大量内容卡在付费墙后头，2026 年重制版把 DLC 打包，早年间分开掏钱买齐的人像被当头浇了盆温吞水，那种"我花的钱突然变成捆绑包里的一行旧账"的别扭，比刷墙重复更让人不想提。 存档和 bug 是另一道老伤。有人交完工单，熬了几小时的办公室和翻新房一夜回原始脏样，门和家具全没，触发原因不明不白，那种"赛博装修白干"的卸力感，比刷墙刷到手麻更劝退，老油条现在都是干一段存一段、不敢把一晚上的活押在自动存档上。 家具池也偏白 Mom、IKEA、现代富感那几套，想搞侘寂、复古、赛博霓虹，本体物件根本撑不起完整语汇，得靠 Steam 创意工坊的补给续命，工坊里几百款自製装饰和房型才是这游戏隐形的第二库存，没工坊兜底，后期同质化能让人一眼看穿下一栋长啥样。[砸钱买 DLC 不如泡工坊这事，老玩家都心知肚明。 可我还是会在某个晚上接着翻下一栋。只为看自己把满屋蟑螂和霉斑收拾干净、最后挂出高价等买家接盘的荒唐；只为敲掉那面墙时粉尘炸开、新布局在脑子里一下立起来的紧；只为散场摘下耳机，耳蜗里还留着滚筒蹭墙和吸尘器嗡嗡的回响。它最怕你太较真——较真贴墙精度、较真 DLC 性价比、较真回档会不会再来一次，爽感立马碎；可只要你肯把灯关了、把平板摊在膝头、把下一栋破房子接着盘，房产达人那股潮湿又体面、像把中年炒房梦和家政 ASMR 焊在一起的劲头，就又醒过来。明知道刷墙永远重复、估值永远怠慢审美、DLC 永远在门外伸手要钱、存档说不定哪天给你演一出消失术，手指还是会自动去摸那把锤子。房子的灯熄了，可那种边骂边接着交工的乏和熨帖，会在你退出游戏后，久久散不掉。
