Huge Improvement over the original game. Visually the game is much better in both graphics and actual visual design. Gameplay is it's biggest improvement with both movement and gunplay which compliment each other nicely. Both new and returning weapons are great and all are useful. The humour is very subjective but IMO it is on par with the original game. My whole playtime so far the game has crashed 4 times very randomly. Actual performance I have had 0 issues.

High On Life 2 je ještě větší zábava než první díl, ale tentokrát to není jen o humoru. Hra je fakt lepší hlavně po herní stránce. Pokud tě bavil originál, tady dostaneš rychlejší a celkově zábavnější zážitek. Největší rozdíl je v hratelnosti. Hra je mnohem svižnější a konečně má tempo, který tě pořád drží v pohybu. Hodně tomu pomáhá skateboard, který dostaneš hned na začátku. Díky němu je pohyb rychlej, zábavnej a nepůsobí otravně jako v prvním díle. Je dost vidět inspirace DOOM Eternal. Hlavně v tom, jak tě hra nutí pořád něco dělat, hýbat se a kombinovat schopnosti. Když zpomalíš, máš problém. Souboje jsou lepší, nepřátelé pestřejší a celkově to líp odsýpá. Není to žádná revoluce, ale rozdíl oproti jedničce je znatelný. Fajn jsou i momenty, kdy hra reaguje na tvoje rozhodnutí. Když něco pokazíš nebo uděláš blbost, hra si to zapamatuje a později ti to vrátí. Díky tomu svět nepůsobí jen jako kulisa, ale máš pocit, že na tobě fakt záleží. Planety jsou zase totální úlet. Každá vypadá jinak, všude jsou divný postavy a absurdní situace. Humor je pořád silná stránka. Grafika zůstala stylizovaná a barevná, což tomu sedí. Není to technickej zázrak, ale má to vlastní styl. Dabing je opět super. Zbraně mají osobnost a často jsou to právě ony, co táhnou celou atmosféru. Největší problém je ale technický stav. Optimalizace je slabá. Na slabších sestavách musíš jít na minimum a ani tak nemáš jistotu, že to pojede dobře. A ani silnější PC není výhra. Hra se umí sekat i tam, kde by neměla. Patch z 13. března sice opravil ty největší průšvihy, ale zdaleka ne všechno. Pořád narazíš na bugy, zbraně se občas rozbijí, někde se můžeš zaseknout a někdy hra prostě spadne. Nejhorší je, když se nenačtou savy. To už je fakt na nervy. Celkově je to herně lepší než první díl, ale technicky to dost sráží dolů. Kdyby to bylo líp odladěné, bylo by to úplně jinde. Celkové hodnocení: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 7.5/10

havnt really had any fps issues like everyone else seems to have games pretty fun and funny so far BUT and the huge turnoff of why i say no is the skateboard. i hate everything about it. just let me sprint. it takes away too much from the game where i want to just explore at a good speed but not be FORCED to zoom past everything. its fine that its in the game and some uses of it are fun but without an actual sprint button as a choice this is awful.
alot better than the first game. a little longer with better gameplay and funnier jokes and the story is an improvement. one complaint i have is the poor performance at times making the game 20fps or lower even with graphic settings on medium, if you are fine dealing with random stutters and frame drops (until they fix it) then i would recommend getting
A solid sequel to the original thats full of memorable moments. From the trailer I thought the skateboard mechanic was going to be a gimmick but it turned out to be one of the most satisfying additions made. Jarring performance issues are the only thing holding this game back, but most problems can be solved with a settings tweak or a quick restart. 3.5/5 but can reach higher with future patches
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE HIGH ON LIFE SERIES
they put more effort into the trailer than the actual game. second update in and my fps is still garbage 3080ti.
