Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I'm honestly surprised by the "feels unfinished and spliced together" reviews on here, because this is one of my favorite games. As someone who plays a LOT of final fantasy and farming sims, Harvestella is incredible. It often gives Kingdom Hearts/Nier vibes as well, and while the farming is a bit secondary to the story, its still really fun. The controls are a little strange on mnk so its recommended to play on a controller, but it doesn't take long to get used to the controls if you want to continue on mnk.
back at the start i might have said if you already played all the rune factory games and this thing was on sale and you really needed one of these then yes pick it up i no longer feel this way after finishing the game the story was okay in a this is a very dumb ff story kind of way and even had a couple good moments the amount of time it took just to see that was not okay or good the individuals directly responsible for the combat and stamina systems should reflect upon their ancestors for what to do after bringing such great shame and dishonor upon their family

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Why he shaped like that Stop it Other than men having hips that could birth a refrigerator with ease, this was a good game🤷🏻♀️. It reminds me of ff14. The quality of ff14 side quests were harvestella's msq. Quiet grindy😩, lots of going back and forth to locations. I liked farming in this game. The character's stories were interesting to follow. It was easy to beat this game. Thats what i remember from this game ty.
A jack of all trades is a master of none - that is the phrase that accurately sums up Harvestella. Now I thought the idea of an adventure game with RPG elements was a cool idea. After all - if games like Stardew Valley could incorporate battles against monsters and RPG elements, surely the kings of the RPG genre over at Square could have an interesting take on this idea, right? Well, that's what I thought for the very early game, but it soon became clear that it's less than the sum of it's parts. Soon enough you get presented with frustrating maps, impossible to clear enemies blocking certain nessecary items, and grinding won't help you in this case as a hard cap on how powerful you can get is established VERY quickly and just sucks the fun out of the game. Also, the writing is just awful. Like many Square games, it wants to have some sort of commentary on religion - which isn't inherently a bad thing. However, the game is overly preachy with it and I am less inclined to take their message about the evils of religion seriously when the game wants us to forgive a human-trafficking landlord who tried to sell one of our party members into slavery through some random one-off quest. Screw that! I think it could have been interesting if growing better crops gave you battle experience, like for instance how the Legend of Nayuta allows you to cook items you gained from monsters and level up from consuming them. However, while the end result was not one of the worst games I've ever played, Harvestella completely squandered it's potential.
This is one of those games that you defiantly wait till it is on sale cause paying full price should be an insult. It's fine. It scratches that RPG itch for me and I do like the farming elements (which was the main reason I bought the game). But the RPG elements are annoying, to say the least. First there isn't a full map, instead just a mini map. Second, you have to go into the main menu to get to your backpack for healing items. So, if you are in the middle of a battle and need to pop a health potion (food in this case), you have to hit pause, go into the menu and search your bag for it and wait for the animation to complete and hope to god that you wont get one shotted in the middle of the battlefield. The music is great! The animations feel the same. Its an okay game.
It has a chill OST. There is almost no game here. The on-rails tutorial goes for almost 3 hours, so you won't get to have the full experience before your steam refund option expires. That is definitely intentional. The tutorial is painfully slow and sucks. It's competently made. That's all that can be said. Anything you would expect from this game could be found in better quantity and quality in any other game in the genre. This game is content that exists, and that's all that can be said about it other than that the OST is alright. Edit: The story is kind of awful, the pacing is painfully slow, and the longer the game stretches out the combat focus and stamina/food system degrades the experience, as it's very repetitive. Either the translation was botched or the story is just legitimately stupid, and as it gets worse you lose any/all reason to keep playing.
I really like farm sim games. Even before buying this game, i read in the reviews that I should (despite the name) not expect a real farm sim game, but instead a game that has some farming elements, but that is about combat and storytelling. I was fine with that. However, when trying the game out, my impression is that yes, it's not a farming game; but the combat and storytelling are also not good. Thoughts: - The game is from the controls very obviously a console game. The controls are clunky and extremely un-intuitive on pc. - Farming is extremely simple and just a chore. - Story consists of lenghty cut-scenes that you can't skip or really speed up, and which I found boring. - You spend a large amount of time running through the world, to do the same 2-3 things every day (for example: always pick up a plant at a certain spot). You are limited by stamina, so after running all the way, you can only complete a few actions and then have to run all the way back. In total, in my playtime, a typical ingame-day consisted of the following: I get out of the house. Want to do a boring farming-score, but get interrupted by a cut-scene which I can't skip which is boring and does not advance the storyline - the impression is "the developers thought there should be a cut-scene here, but they had no ideas for actual dialogue". (Often, the cut-scenes are basically characters muttering to themselves.) Then I run to a forst to pick up one herb. I am out of stamina - i go to the city to do stuff, but find that there is nothing to do. I go to bed. Next morning I wake up, same thing (including the senseless cut-scene). Run all the way to the resource, pick it up, run back again, still nothing to do here?! -> Yup, nothing to do. Off to bed it is then. Repeating that 10 times. Uninstalling. Finally, writing this review. If the above sounds gripping and exciting to you, or if you really, really enjoy generic console-RPGs, buy all means, buy this game. If you (like me) are used to actually good PC games with some depth (be it in the mechanics or the story), better buy a different game instead.
Fun little game. Very story-driven. It's reminiscent of Harvest Moon and a little bit of Dark Cloud, though not nearly as good as either. Definitely a casual game. I do NOT recommend buying it at the full 60$ price-tag. Wait until it's on sale for around half-off.
The game is unaccommodating to players with physical disabilities. Keyboard mapping for character movement is limited. I can't remap movement to the arrow keys (seriously, guys?) or keypad keys to allow me to play within the restrictions of limited hand use. That's unacceptable in a modern game. Simply supporting mapping character movement to the rest of the standard keyboard keys would have allowed me to enjoy this game. It looks interesting, but sadly, I had to refund it.
Honestly I am seriously disappointed in this game due to how the mechanics were done. If you see stardew I assume the 500 hours means I most likely like the farming stuff and from most of my library I obviously like RPG so honestly I thought this would have been a slam dunk "I love this game" type game... and it just isn't. I tried, and I tried to like this game but I can't fully. To show how bad this game is I never look things up but here I looked up where to get a healer after 10 hours while it did get better after 12 hours but I still can't recommend this as honestly with this many things to be annoyed with or dislike without a good gameplay mechanic to show for it I can go find some one of my $5 games that are more worth someone's time than this. Don't ask me why I went and fully completed this trash but I did minus a few achievements but generally my thoughts will not change after this point. Pros -More realistic buying mechanics. You have a limited number but it will replenish and be cheaper depending on area I do like this now is it really a selling point? Nope but it is cool to note -Game is absolutely beautiful same with sound. At least it looks well but I can't say well otherwise. -Practically everything is nameable. Pets yep, Little helpers yep, MC of course. granted there are 4 things I feel you name too soon and can't change but I still like it regardless(Sorry wind and water but you have to keep the names of the incorrect person as I am not replaying 44 hours of this trash again) -No need to worry about light game is always clearly visible Neutrals -50 hours with no healer/Regen. [strike]I went east so maybe that was my problem but honestly no idea if one even exists nor how far away they were This is for IF they exist[/strike] Healing is just rare and other than food which is limited in capacity and time consuming the healing is quite low or you need THE specific unit and two+ specific types for a double+ break and honestly I say a RPG should either make damage more scarce like dodge rolling for dark souls/tokyo xanadu eX+(comparable damage received/taken), have some sort of regen like crymachina(also low regen but had ways to improve it and it was up from 0 seconds in), or have a guaranteed healer by the 10 hour mark -No difficulty setting. Like I said this isn't inherently bad but if you feel the damage is too much or not enough then it can mean a not as much fun time if you don't like how it is. -Controls aren't rebindable on controller(apparently not on keyboard either but I never tried on keyboard). So I will not hold the confirm/cancel as I was dumb and didn't notice the setting but regardless that shouldn't have to be a setting as if we want to have like X be the menu we should be able to do not tell me this game can't be expected when $30 ones can have no issue, granted some problems might be solved with a keyboard switch but it should be decently playable on both keyboard and controller if controller is an option -Lack of customizable control. So this I do say it is kinda of bad that I was forced to either restart or lower the brightness in an otherwise finely lit game. This still doesn't excuse the other lack of options when creating characters -Want to build production AND plant crops? Sorry the same space is required for both. I can't say I am surprised by this but I am disappointed in this game that it didn't have separate production placeable zones -EVERYTHING is done via stamina. Want to fish? We'll take that stamina. Want to break rocks, or do other farm things? we'll take that stamina. You want to fight in the dungeon you're in? We'll take that stamina. Honestly like I don't mind the idea and respect that it is a decent part of the game but unless I am dumb I straight up saw no warning that this was a mechanic. -Skills are double gated. Genshin also does this and I hate it, so while skills aren't like genshin's wait 4/8h for one part of this one time a week boss, it is still quite annoying to have it take a bunch of stamina to where if you are low on food, stamina, and empty stomach then it kinda does handicap you as you are down in potential. -Certain parts could use fast tracking. Honestly not that much a bad thing but there are points I am seriously like "Why did you need that much gap I can believe it was done tons faster and if it didn't have the unneeded wait then I can do what I want faster" -Big nonboss enemies seem to only attack you. There is a con related to this but to me it isn't bad per se about the main focus... but having allies take no aggro is not as fine especially if you're a caster person like me as I don't recall a lot of times if any when I fought that these big enemies actually went for my party... then we get to the first con which first time fair enough second time "I was attacking game how dare you." Cons -Screw you casters and melee people. You be too close and odds are you will take a lot of damage if you stay in the backline too long then the enemy CAN RESET... I really want to talk to the person who made me pretty well beat "Shadow in Murk" 3 times... granted needing to beat it a 4th was on me but I shouldn't have needed to teleport back in a panic as it shouldn't have said "Oh I haven't hit the player recently enough time to go back"(Yes I found this so bad I decided to change from updating after playing to right after I had it reset on me twice basically because it was salty that a ranged and a melee person basically blocked its way from only attacking me) -The massive number of neutrals. I do not want to list them as Cons as separately they aren't massive issues but to me there are just too many things there that add up to be very bad from a design standpoint to me but the fact they are all combined is why I say save your money and buy better games for whatever price this is. -People were clipping. Yes I will put this as a con, why? Because it shows lack of polish and effort in a $60 game I shouldn't see hair or a dress clip through the floor, me going into my pet's head fine hitboxes are a thing but clipping when the devs all had full control that just shows a lack polish/care or a lack of testing -0 story voice acting. Does voice acting sell me no but does 0 voice acting turn me off? Yes because I have seen multiple cases of $20 games have a similar or longer length to do what you can do in Harvestella AND have voice acting at least when a character is introduced so you know how they sound yet this game can't even be bothered to have like the prologue and other intro parts voice acted. I would have put voice acting in neutral but honestly it is at the point I prefer the Japanese only Crymachina VA work and I don't know Japanese so that is saying something. -The "marriage" system. Why do I say the marriage is bad? Well it needs an item and to max bond as you might expect now what would you not expect? Voice lines are the same per day IF there are multiple lines, and person doesn't have much function besides living with you, oh by the way... you have to wait via letter and it isn't even like the next day type letter it can be a bit after the conditions are met. -The depression boss tl;dr: I can't recommend this game unless it is around 80% off truthfully and even then I ask "Are you sure a better game doesn't interest you more like at all?" honestly it is sad that I certainly feel I wasted money since I am pretty sure I paid more than the $6-10 that I feel this game is actually worth. There is just so much that makes this a less enjoyable experience than other $20 full priced games that if I wanted to spend the $60 for this for the person that loves survival/farming things I honestly would buy them like 2-8 games to meet this price which that says a lot about how little value this game is. The fact I reviewed this at 10 hours, planned to update it at game completion upon deciding to finish... and updating at 44 hours shows how bad this game is especially due to what I found out.
