Become the champion of the Arena by besting your opponents in various brawls and tournaments. Prepare for an unparalleled combat experience where your every move matters. All animations and maneuvers are meticulously designed with a strong foundation in realism.
Your control over weapons is genuine, as we have crafted a combat system based on the expertise and feedback of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) practitioners and sword fencers. Through this dynamic system, players can immerse themselves in the intricacies of swordplay and learn the art of the game's combat mechanics.
Survive bloody battles to gain renown and claim wealth to buy new equipment or forge your own armor and weapons tailored to your combat style. Feeling confident? Bet on your success to potentially boost your earnings and further your progress.

Every story needs an end, and in Half Sword, it often means losing your head - quite literally. As this is a simulation game, death is final…
Be Warned: Half Sword is an extremely violent and gory game. I mean… we do have a Chief Blood Officer. Witness skull-crushing blows, limb decapitations, and gruesome displays of entrails and bloodshed, all intricately tied to the weapon and armor choices of both you and your opponents.

Great game love the unique fighting style so rewarding
Honestly not too much better than the demo. And for 25 bucks I was expecting more from it. More things to do but Im having the same amount of fun with the game as I did the demo (which isnt a significant amount). I like the idea of the game and I hope it gets better, but in its current state its not entirely worth it. It may be "early access" but for the price its listed youd hope for more

went in excited to try it out, break my leg when i spawn into tutorial. okay whatever its early access ill try again, stuck in floor, try again i can no longer move and die. round 2 skip that tutorial must be bugged, go to first fist fight break leg walking to enemy and die, restart go to fistfight knock out first guy and while end screen is showing up my leg ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ breaks. ♥♥♥♥ this trash
Game crashed upon death during progression mode, ever since I have been completely locked out of progression mode, simply puts me in a camera at the ground of the yard, nothing responds, cant even open the menu to go back to play free mode. Now free mode is crashing like crazy too, incredibly full of bugs, very fun until a game breaking bug occurs and you're just stuck with it
yes
very fun. a bit buggy. but also amusing. the controller support is pretty good when you learn to translate the buttons.
Lots of fun. Can recommend
This game is great however I am noticing that fatal errors are appearing quite often when taking off a downed or dead enemies helmet and if their head or neck gets damaged at all during the process. Because near end game progression there is rarely a moment you remove someone's helm and there are rarely fatal errors. Hope it gets fixed because around commoner and militia is really hard to play without fatal error
Есть баги но думаю их исправят
very fun NEEDS multiplsyer
