Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really good game 8/10
If you're looking for something similar to "discovering Naruto English dub and continued to watch it to see where it goes" vibe, this is it. Combat is easy and leveling up is a non-issue. Animation, cutscenes and voice acting is all dated for 2007

nice classic
Note: Before buying, using a controller is highly recommended (though i had some issues, that the "B"-/"Cancel"-button went out of order among playing...felt like a Steam-Interface-related-issue). What can i say? It's not, that the game doesn't run properly...it mostly does. It's not, that it doesn't look good...it mostly does. It's not, that it doesn't feel well designed...oh, it somehow does. The game: First, i thought it was me only, but noticing others considering alike...it feels like the hours spent within the game, feel the equal of days on your mind. Softlocked conversation-options with tiring dialogues, which are badly timed (many - way too long - gaps in between the characters reacting towards other character's sentences, EVEN when they are interfering/interrupting them), causing you to log in, go there, do that, log out, check mail or forum, relog, etc., do some story-related quests, locked behind other story-related conversations...rinse and repeat. The characters are flat/hollow, the conversations are boring with some funny moments...i only played Part 1:Rebirth and "only" for about 8 hours, my char is - though grinding for XP - level 11, getting about 12XP among average monsters of story-related quests and 40XP per won match among arena-fights against level 13 oponents...and it "only" takes 1000XP to level up...do the maths. Maybe the average outcome might be higher in some random dungeons/"teleportation-bookmarks", but i'm not willing to shoulder the frustration of finding out, it won't be. The story: The whole thing itself is not bad...and - as it seems - it's based on an anime-series and THAT exactly is, how the script feels like. So i guess, it's a nice anime, but adapting this design resulted in an extremely struggling game. I just can't recommend anyone wasting away so much money (if you have to, get it on high discount or in a bundle), time and growing yourselves headache. The game feels empty and somehow - whenever i play it - i do as well. Though the plot is likable and quite "reknown" on similar products like "Sword Art Online" or . "Log Horizon"...you know...virtual world, real world, ingame character leveling and questing. I guess, you have to be very young and unaware of the downsides, to really enjoy the game, because you might consider "time" different, then you do as a mature teenager or adult. Conclusion: I once tried to play a game named "Grandia 2", i'd give this one the nickname "GRINDia" instead. "Final Fantasy" 7 to 9 feel way more enjoyable, just like other JRPGs like "Code Vein" (!beware! soulslike mechanisms) and "Scarlett Nexus" also did and leveling can be quite tricky there already. So the product itself is alright...nice visuals (referring to the age of the game), beautiful cinematics (as commonly used in good JRPGs), suitable voice-acting (English), seemingly solid coding (had no crashes, bugs or glitches), but some mechanisms, the storyline and the enforced conversations just slow and drag you down. So i might be tempted, to check out the anime, if i ever get my hands on it, but i hate, not being able, to appreciate the game alike. The "missing recommendation"/negative review mainly is, due to the extremely slow "progress" and the tiring conversations. I wouldn't wish my worst Nemesis to be forced, playing this game-series through completely...or would i!? If you don't bother these downsides, i hardly could find a reason, not to recommend it, with what i experienced. Most people though prefer hard grinds in different kinds of games and the focus of a JRPG more story-progress-friendly. Nothing lowers your joy about the story more than a grind-wall-buried chapter-progress.
Worked fine on Win 11. No problems saving. I did have a few crashes and a weird alt+tab occurrence. Nice you can skip cutscenes. No mouse use. Wish it was easier to get to the email. Pointless tasks getting keys to open doors. Simplistic fighting which just makes combat uninteresting and grindy. I just hit the same 2 buttons to attack. Too hard to dodge or block on keyboard. Plus you don't need to since you can easily overlevel your character. Don't need to bother modding gear or choosing a specific weapon for a specific enemy type. Mobs usually a pointless obstacles that were in the way. Volume 3 boss seriously annoying. Lot of content for $4.99. Half of it is grinding quests and the other is watching cutscenes. I found the gameplay loop really tedious so I rate this game 3.5/10, but they put in a lot of effort with the extras, so I'll give it a 4/10.

A nostalgic and emotional RPG I used to play on my PS2. Back then, Vol.2 always crashed, so I gave up. But now, I can finally finish the game. ✅ Pros: Emotional story with deep character development Beautiful anime-style cutscenes Includes all 4 volumes and bonus epilogue content ❌ Cons: Repetitive dungeon design. 🧠 Final Thoughts: This game is it's a journey of the MC about betrayal, redemption and development. If you love .hack or missed it during the PS2 era, this remaster is the best way to experience it.
Hack//G.U. Last Recode is a remaster of an older game that brings updated visuals, but it retains both the strengths and weaknesses of its original release. One of its standout features is the expressive character animations, which breathe life into interactions and make the story engaging. The protagonist, Haseo, undergoes significant growth throughout the game, evolving from a frustratingly aggressive character into someone more nuanced and likable. Combat remains entertaining for a good portion of the experience, offering fast-paced, flashy battles. However, as the hours stack up, the repetitive nature of encounters starts to dull the excitement. Enemies become progressively easier, making fights feel less rewarding over time. The game also struggles with exploration, a limitation carried over from the hardware of its original console release. Additionally, the early-game portrayal of Haseo can be grating, making it hard to connect with him at first. Despite these flaws, the real deal-breaker for some players is the lack of cloud save support on Steam. With four lengthy games totaling around 120 hours, needing a break is inevitable. But if you happen to format your PC in the meantime, losing dozens of hours of progress—especially without a backup—can be devastating. While the experience itself can be enjoyable, this technical oversight makes it hard to recommend for players who value secure save data.
