Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

- simple combat system but really addictive - unique protagonist trait and character development (based on my experience) - really worth it if you buy during discounting period (regularly 80%-90% discount on many steam event) - unique character appearance design - story is standard shonen style, if you like it, you like it - not require grinding. you can just play along the story. Developer well calculate the difficulty of enemy, make it correlate to the EXP and level you gain during playing on the story mission
I love this game so much, I bought it day one on playstation when it came out so I was happy to try it on here. As soon as I started a file in G.U vol 1, I was blindsided by lag and serious sluggish movements. The menuing was nearly impossible to tolerate with the slugish way it went to option to option and as soon as I could start moving was forced to watch Haseo move like the game was set in slow motion. I am dissapointed at how well this game ran on my gaming laptop and I'm heart broken at being unable to play a game from a franchise that I love
This is my favorite game of all time. I've played this since it was on PS2 in 2007 and it has always been my go to. I love the story, I love the characters, the gameplay is fun, there's so much to do (if you're a completionist). I just love it.
Excellent remaster and a good ending to the story
So I just wanna say I have fond memories of this game watching my babysitter play it, and I know it's a really good game. however, The issue with this game is if your graphics card isn't up to par (even if it should be) there's a slow motion issue. now there are some solutions to this, but sadly for me I have not been able to get any of them to work. so I would not recommend this title unless you have either the patients to do further digging than I did, or if you have the graphics card that's able to handle it. you think with a game like this it wouldn't be an issue but apparently it is. Great game/Horrible port 5/10
No Spoilers: I only just finished Vol 1 at about 40 hours in. I took my time and the thing that took me the longest was finding every NPC. But you could easily complete Vol 1 in 20 hours. It just takes a while if you're trying to 100% the game. As whole, there are 4 games packaged together. Which means there is a LOT of content. At full price, I'd say it's worth getting, however I got this on sale and it's almost criminal what I paid for it vs how much I enjoyed so far. Also, I know it's not the case, or at least I hope it isn't. But everyone sounds like it's voiced by the same guy. I had a hard time telling who was who when they were talking, haha. I can't judge the entire game just yet, but I really enjoyed Vol 1. It took me about two hours for the game to click though. The premise of the game is really cool, it's a single player game that's trying to emulate an MMO. Going as far as having to log out of the game and check your emails and talk with people in and out of the game. The combat though, is very basic. Which is fine, considering at the time MMO games weren't fast action games like they have today. It would be nice if there was more than one combo to do though, unless I played the whole game wrong. Haha. There are skills, power moves, and ultimates. Again, if I could be playing the game wrong, but you have to pause the game and go through menus in order for you to use spells or items. Which really slows the game down. For the most part you won't need to do this though as the game levels you extremely fast. Especially if you go into a dungeon that's +5 levels above you, and the game only really ever feels challenging when you're fighting +10 enemies. At least once you figure out how the combat works. Now, I almost did stop playing the game as the main character is the most cry baby wah wah character in all of media. Don't let this sway you in stopping, as there is some character development. The other thing though, there is a timeskip at the START of the game which is a none small part that makes you feel like you are trying to piece together a story as you play. I feel like they could have just cut out the entire part before the timeskip and I'd rate the story a 8/10 instead of a 6/10. For the last part of my review, I found out halfway through there are 4 games prior to this one. And they aren't required to play, as there are 4 videos in this game that essentially tell you what happened for those who want it. From what I've read online it's mostly just a "Oh, I know that guy." type references. I'm going to stop my journey in these games to go back and play them. I'll update at some point in the future if I think they are required or not, or at least worth playing before or after GU.
