Quite fun and relaxing to navigate this funky world.
Great game! This game is great for newbies and people who like calmer games with easy progression which I like. The game doesn't have much of a grind unless if your going for achievements. There is pretty much no bugs. Once you 100% the game, you can do anything you want.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
What is this game?
Grow Up is the sequel to the game "Grow Home" - putting the player in the role of the character B.U.D yet again; as he tries to put M.O.M back together after a fatal crash. Along the way you collect seeds for various alien plants and grow "Starflowers" - massive plants that reach in to space.
Price/replay value
Horrible - Bad - Decent - Good - Amazing
Achievement hunting
Mostly collectible based, some rely on small challenges like bouncing on a Youch 7 times. "Along for the ride" is probably missable as this requires an uncompleted challenge to fulfill.
Pros/cons
Pros

Way more variety in movement
You can choose your order of progression
Eagle eye camera is a nice addition
Cons

Still incredibly jank
Crystals don't show properly in eagle eye view

Overall opinion
I know this game has very mixed opinions but I personally prefer this one to the first game. The movement (whilst still janky) is a lot better, and the ability to plant seeds at your own volition as well as the glider and air brakes not being consumable, made this game considerably more fun to me. The crystals are slightly easier to find due to the eagle eye camera; but can still be a nuisance when in caves or the like. The increased radar distance does help considerably in spotting them. Starflowers also being optional does make for interesting metroidvania-esque gameplay imo and generally adds flavour to an otherwise fairly bland concept.
tldr;
Better movement, better collectibles, also way easier.
Should you buy it?
Probably not at full price, but it's a pretty solid game on sale.
This game is so good you’ll forget it’s made by Ubisoft
i love this game:)
No fim, Grow Up consegue expandir muito bem as ideias do primeiro game. É maior, mais variado e mais divertido, sem perder aquela simplicidade e sensação de descoberta que tornavam Grow Home tão único.
it was taken off xbox a bit ago so i couldnt play it anymore... until now!! im stepping away from console and glad to have grow up back as one of my games, i love it! simple but not boring, music + sound effects are great, and i get to be a cute little janky robot ദ്ദി ( ᵔ ᗜ ᵔ )
