Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Grow Home is a surprisingly charming little game that had me genuinely smiling as I guided BUD up his ever-growing star plant, one awkward hand-over-hand grip at a time. The physics-based climbing takes some getting used to, but once you find your rhythm there's something meditative about the whole thing — connecting shoots to floating islands, watching the plant spiral upward, occasionally tumbling off into the abyss and laughing about it. It's short, maybe 3-5 hours to see most of what it offers, but it never overstays its welcome, which is refreshing. The low-poly art style and laid-back ambient soundtrack give it a genuinely cozy atmosphere that's hard to find in bigger releases. Recommended if you're in the mood for something relaxing and a little goofy — just maybe grab some flower gliders before you climb too high.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game was free on ps plus when I was a kid. Still holds up years later. I found out there's a sequel and I can't wait to try it
This is one of those games that's probably gonna sit in your library unplayed but the weekend you finally decide to play it you'll look back fondly on. It's not an amazing game and it's just a collectathon, but it's also pretty cheap
It might not be the newest or the best game, but it still is a fun play if you're willing to be open-minded and spend some time with a ten year old game, involving cool character designs, a good story and some first-time-ambiance.
I can tell they were onto something.
Overall, Grow Home is a passable achievement and a fine technical showcase. There is room for improvement though, which is what the sequel did, by and large. In Grow Home, you are tasked with guiding the Botanical Utility Droid to the Star Shoots to grow the Star Plant in hopes of releasing a star seed. You do this mostly by climbing. Left and right, steadily upwards and skywards. It can be meditative at moments, and offers enough to give you breathers between the massive task. There are a few catches. Owing to the procedural animation system used to animate BUD, the little droid tends to have a clumsy nature. BUD is not made of the smartest stuff. He has no sense of self-preservation and will stumble and bumble off cliffs with little assistance. There are a few good things, too. BUD has an infinite grip, infinite stamina, unlimited lives, and a few aces up his sleeve. This technical showcase will keep you occupied for a few hours to beat, and maybe a couple more to 100%.
Watched a youtuber play it. I have it now, played. I like this game from Grow Up that it's simpler, the simple here works, just one big starplant. Climbing is kinda awful, I wish there was more music. World is super pretti, and I wish there was a map tracker for crystals because I cannot bother with a signal detector like that helps if im not already near one. I don't know If i prefer this game or Grow up.
Got this for the memories, Nothing will ever beat playing this with my friends on play dates.
Fun little classic from a youtube long since past, love the mechanics.
