Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 23 → 3.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Maybe I'm just getting impatient in my old age, but it feels like it respects your time even less than Grime 1 (didn't think that was possible).

內容很豐富,boss數量比1代多了2倍,新的畫身系統也讓推圖輕鬆不少,跳跳樂難度適中,整體體驗很不錯,推薦給喜歡這類型遊戲的玩家。
Very overwhelmingly Enjoyable
Grime II is an excellent sequel to the also impressive Grime I, and mostly improves on the previous game. It's a challenging game in terms of both combat and (even more so than Grime I) platforming, with a huge world that took me about 40 hours to explore and I wasn't 100% by that point. Things I liked: big game, lots of optional content, challenging platforming, visually fun, gameplay/combat felt more responsive than first Grime, lots of "build" options for people who like that stuff. Cons: I thought combat was easier than first game (though I've read otherwise so maybe that's just me), I thought middle part of game the exploration was good but combat was a bit stale (later bosses were better IMO), you have to discover items to show the map (I liked this part but some people don't), a few late game areas the controls felt a bit less responsive than ideal for what was being asked. But overall super stoked that this game came out - had a great time. Played on a Steam Deck.
A solid sequel, though has lost a bit of identity. Think about this like going from Dark Souls 1 to Dark Souls 3. 3 is a fine game - faster and more fluid. But also more similar to a typical action game. Grime 2 feels like this. The game executes very well, with a larger world and more bosses, and a faster combat. There is even a bit of story to follow. But you no longer have to manage your stamina. Bosses no longer drop the traversal abilities - you now just find those. Instead, bosses will drop.....something. Feels a bit more gamey, if you know what I mean. Feels less like a fully realized world and more like a video game. Prey molds (and the new paint meter) are mostly a miss. The game has every single enemy provide you one such ability, which means it will be hard to make them all interesting. Given that you ALSO find separate item molds (think tools from Silksong, but without the silly Shard system), these prey molds ended up being almost completely useless to me. I'm still going to recommend it, because, despite feeling a bit more generic than the first, the game is still a quality experience. If you liked the first Grime, you will likely like this too.
Good game! Absolutely gorgeous visuals, fluid and varied combat, lot's of exploration - all very well done. There is a lot more exposition and dialogue than in the first game - luckily all this can be skipped. I don't like that the dialogue options provide you "choices", but all those choices ultimately lead to the same outcome. So what's the point then? Also, I hope you like platforming and traversal - this game is heavy on that, with really, really extended sections that require near perfect execution of you want to get to 100%. All in all, a very good game, but not necessarily an improvement over the original Grime, rather a sidestep. That's how I feel about it.
The feel of movement and combat picks up right where Grime left off. Parry cancelling the attack motion is amazing and makes the slow weapons much more viable. Soundtrack has definitely improved since the first game, as well as the art, which is gorgeously spread all throughout. The backgrounds really pop and have a lot of depth and color. Few minor negatives, sometimes the speech selection doesn't seem to recognize the first input, and I think I saw a text box repeat itself a couple times. Of course not impacting game play, just slightly taking away from the immersion. One boss has questionable hit boxes but once you realize not to get close it's fine. Overall highly recommend...another very high tier Metroidvania from these devs!
es bastante adictivo, los jefes puden ser dificiles pero no llegan a ser fustrantes, aun no me lo e pasado pero en el punto en donde voy es un 9/10
