The Kingdom of Myrtana has been invaded by a relentless horde of orcs. Desperate for powerful weapons to repel them, King Rhobar II orders the mining of vast quantities of magical ore, setting every available prisoner to work in the Khorinis mines. Was für ein Spiel, Gerade nach den Schläfer besiegt, Großes Kompliment an die Entwickler ach an alle die Beteiligt waren , so ein Hammerspiel .auf das ich über 20 Jahren gewartet habe. habe jetzt 90 Stunden darin verbracht und sicher noch nicht alles gesehe. Ich bin sowas von begeistert. Klar ein paar Bugs , die Stimmen passten nicht immer aber hey , das ist Gothic. Ein Traum wurde Wahr. Einfach nur geil. Und wenn es , was ich sehr hoffe vielleicht mal ein Gothic 2 Remake kommt und das so geil ist wie das Erste, Freund dann gehts ab.
Total recommendation. Never really played the original one, as it was even in the time when it was released pretty clunky. But with this remake, you will get the best version to play. The mix of old school gameplay and state of the art visuals and controls makes this the only version I would ever play. So basically it was worth watining. Fun to see that in all these years Piranha Bytes never even came close to this quality. But you have to give PB anyways credits for creating such a cool world. Even back in the old days. IIts just pure atmosphere you can breath in the game. However there are downsides: The end is totally unsatisfying, even at this quality polishing is not optimal (still many bugs and things that can annoy), in the last third of the game, the world becomes more and more unplausible and the atmosphere falls apart for a certain amount. If you need handholding and tutorials about everything you can do in the game, this game is not for you. You will have to discover and explore things and ways to learn stuff. Also it will help if you have at least a decent amount of orientation. Or you can use the internet all time and use guides and totally miss the point and the fun of the game. To me this version of Gothic is on the same page as KCD1+2 that basically put parts of the Gothic concept into their own games. Performance is a little tricky. My specs are below and I could run the game 4k maxed out without DLSS but then the GPU consumed 550w .. But the visual degredation with DLSS 4.5 and even Balanced profile was almost not noticably. Then also limited for 60fps, the game consumed 280W with almost native visuals. id assume most PCs will need to use DLSS anyways so ...

Хорошо. Как будто в другую игру играешь, а не старую-добрую Готику. Вот только... Все недостатки старой игры, которые были в оригинальной Готике, есть и здесь. Прохождение игры может ломать квесты, может вести к тому, что часть достижений ты не сможешь закрыть, иногда можно провалиться в текстуры, из которых не выбраться и прочее подобное. К тому же в игре СЛИШКОМ много деталей, слишком много погоды, отчего иной раз очень трудно отыскать игровые объекты среди кучи всего. Мне понравилось, в любом случае. Отыграл с кайфом

Für alle Rollenspieler welche eine Herausforderung suchen ! Eine offene, schön gestaltete und in sich stimmige Welt mit vielen Geheimnissen. Allen Skeptikern zum Trotz finde ich die Geschichte gut und spannend. Man kann sich, durch die kleinere Welt ( Kolonie), nach einiger Zeit gut zurechtfinden. Dennoch wird es nie langweilig, da es sehr viel zu tun gibt, und viele Geheimnisse und geheimnisvolle Orte zu entdecken gibt...sogar mehr als man in dieser Welt vermutet. Die Atmosphäre des Spieles ist mal etwas zäh und an anderen Stellen dicht, reizt einen aber immer noch etwas zu erkunden oder zu entdecken. Für Neulinge des Genres schwierig, aber machbar. Für alle die das erste Gothic (2001) gespielt haben ein Erkennen, und dennoch eine neue Erfahrung. Kleinere und größere Bugs sind soweit behoben. Abstürze lassen sich leider nicht vorhersehen und sind m.E. auf die einzelnen Systemkonfigurationen beschränkt. Durch Patches ist dies aber nicht allzu problematisch. Resume: Gutes Rollenspiel, klasse Grafik, Stimmige Landschaft und Geschichte...empfehlenswert !
