About
You’ve landed the dream job - mayor of a picturesque town rife with potential. Congrats! The spec promised rolling hills & friendly locals. What it didn’t mention was that the place is a total fixer upper.
So, roll up your sleeves and take charge as a hands-on mayor on the go. Plan neighbourhoods, place buildings and transport routes, welcome visitors, and turn them into happy, productive residents.
Watch your town grow and blossom, then keep it running when things get busy, messy, or go wonderfully sideways.
Lay down your streets, then place businesses, homes, and services where they’ll thrive. Welcome tourists, keep them happy, and give them plenty of reasons to stick around and make your town their home. Hire workers, keep shops stocked, and make sure the money keeps flowing, then upgrade, expand, and unlock new ways to help your town flourish.
Tailor each business, industry zone and building configuration to suit your wants and needs. Assign workers, optimise supply chains, set-up logistics networks and watch your systems go from strength to strength. Will you let automation do the heavy lifting, or will you be the Mayor of Micromanagement?
As mayor, you deserve the perfect place to call home. Dive into immersive house customisation with full 360° placement and a handy colour picker, so every corner looks exactly the way you want it. Need a new look while you work? Step into the Change-O-Tron. Your mayor. Your style. Trinicorncycle optional (but encouraged).
Play solo for ultimate control over your town, making every inch exactly to your liking, or team-up with up to four mayors in online co-op, mixing local and online play for just the right amount of teamwork and chaos. Chat, emote, and ping your location to rally help when things get busy. Just don’t spend all your time running each other over.

It is my fav. Benn playing the whole day. AWESOME. I am counting on DLCs.!!!!
Simply Fantastic. This is a fantastic cozy game and city builder. The start of the game is definitely dopamine inducing with tons of unlocks. I'm sure that will slow down over time but then comes redesigning the town.
I bought this game when it first entered early access, but I couldn’t really get into it at the time. I decided to give it another try after the 1.0 release, and I’m having a great time with it. The art style is cute and detailed. Things can feel a little hectic at first, but once you get the automation set up, you have plenty of time to explore and work on achievements.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Pretty fun game, especially in co-op. I only played local split-screen; I can't vague for the online, but I know the demo had desync problems online, so be mindful if your goal is online co-op, which it would have to be if you're playing online since there is no remote play at the time of this review.
Go-Go Town has been an absolute blast to play! Whether you're playing solo, with your significant other, or with a group of friends, there's always something fun to do. It's one of those games that's easy to pick up but keeps you coming back for "just one more task." The mechanics are smooth and intuitive, making building and managing your town feel effortless. The graphics are colorful, vibrant, and full of charm, and I really love the variety and diversity of the characters you meet throughout the game. One of my favorite parts is the progression system. Unlocking new cooking recipes, expanding your town, and steadily improving everything gives you a real sense of accomplishment without feeling overwhelming. It strikes a great balance between relaxing gameplay and rewarding progression. Overall, Go-Go Town is a fun, exciting game for players of all ages. If you're looking for a cozy town-building game to enjoy with friends or your partner, I highly recommend giving it a try. I can't wait to see what this development team brings to the game in future updates. The potential is huge, and I'm excited to keep playing!
Idk why, but this game feels incredibly overlooked. I loved the old MySims game on the Wii and this game recaptures some of that along with a lot of the best aspects of cozy gaming like Animal Crossing and Stardew. You won't hate this game. My biggest gripe is honestly a lack of combat to add an additional type of loop in the game. However, even without combat, the game itself offers plenty of entertaining things to do and the ability to do them with relative ease and comfort - the hallmark of a good cozy game. Truly, try this game.
Sometimes stressful but the good stress. Soooooo much Content and things to do. Pure gold.
It gives off impressions of being a stressful game that requires heavy multitasking. While you could technically play it that way, you can 100% play this game super chill and take your time. It's so fun with my wife!
Man I love this game so much. It’s very cute, it’s done very well. But I recently found out that it relies on steams launcher and steams drm to run. And there is zero ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason for that to be a thing. DRM is bad. It’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anti consumer as ♥♥♥♥ and I don’t support it. So I can’t give this game a thumbs up. And I won’t be playing it again. Waste of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ money to have steam deck games that rely on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ STEAM DRM AND ONLINE. Absolutely pathetic that so many games have it for no reason. ♥♥♥♥ drm. And now ♥♥♥♥ these devs. I won’t be buying that switch 2 version either. Steam needs to knock the drm ♥♥♥♥ off.
