it is good on quest but isnt very optimized at all on pc and graphics settings are not indepth enoguh
Wish I didn't get this game as part of a bundle because I'd want to refund it. Yeah, I'm not really a PvP player, but the PVP is either broken or misleading. Between uncomfortable controls (which is saying something for VR), PvE enemies that are extremely relentless even when the 'difficulty' is set to 'easy', and a tutorial that literally will not stop to catch its breath so you can actually learn the functions of this game, not to mention that during the tutorial multiple items fell through the floor, and several instructions given don't match the reality of the situation, this is an extremely offputting experience. I've tried extraction shooters in the past and the PvP sweat there is already not my jam, but when the PvE is this unfun and insured items take a full 24 hours to return to you (unless I'm mistaken and they 'only' mean 24 hours in game) there's just nothing here for me. Play at your own risk, and only if you're one of the few people absolutely desperate for a VR extraction shooter experience. I wish the team good luck. If there are updates to the game's engine/QoL I may look again but my view on the whole experience is extremely sour.

game was fun at first until they ruined the pcvr graphics paid dlc and so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bugs like almost unplayable not to mention unfair ai because it sometimes has autoaim and sometimes just cant hit anything play exfilzone instead of this pile of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Game become bad after removing og island
I haven't played in a while and was and tried again, but it so broken It's no longer fun. crashes all the time. lost my whole starting bunker to crashes. the moment you use a backpack the game gives up on you.
Makes me want to kill myself when the bag doesn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grab and get aimbotted by the npc's that are 200 metres away. Great game!
Don’t buy this piece of ♥♥♥♥! You can’t even play a raid without your backpack or gun random falling off your character. I literally killed 2 people and looted keycard room just to get to extract with nothing on my person. This game is absolutely terrible and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ don’t waste your money. I’m sick I can’t get my money back.
edit, most recent patch made the game playable, awsome, im adding to the bottom more thoughts. and leaving the from as is, i'm also leaving the not recommended till major bug fixes and quality of life happen. I can say this, I got this game through a humble bundle reward, and I had fun playing it when it worked. I bought the bundle of dlc during valentines day because I enjoyed the game enough that I thought it would be fun to use some skins. before this I would have complained about aspects of the game but given it a positive, but now, the game is just broken, multiple minute long hangs if I can even play the game, I can't even get to the point of going in raid and I have up customization this wipe entirely because because it would hang in the menu. I love watching people play the game, how many times do I need to watch backpack swirl around in circles because something is glitching, weapons span without attachments, going into raids with no kit... I have played the game about 14 hours total, how many of those was trying to fit something in the backpack where its going in and out of fitting? awsome, I can now see how much something is worth in hand, great, why cant I see what protection the armor or helmet provides? why am I breaking my legs over minor drops that would see me walk it off irl even if I was carrying 3x the load? tell me, why am I seemingly required to waste ammo when I craft it if there isn't enough mags to fill everything. why am I not able to tell where I am being shot from or really even if I get hit, I watch streamers die fade to black before they even really have an idea they were hit from non headshots and non ap, almost any other vr game with shooting, knowing you are hit is easy why is this the one that wants to not show you ♥♥♥♥, I mean I have to calibrate what device I am playing the game with and it seemingly does nothing with it after that. why do I need to open a damn wiki page to find out info about what benefit attachments actually provide. how about this because you pay for these, why do skins not work on everything? you have to have a metal texture, you have to have a plastic or wood one, why am I not able to apply any skin I buy to any gun? or how about this one, why is it so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard to apply a skin to a gun in the first place, it wants to be spray the gun, ok, immersive bit, that's ok, the game feels like its cobbled together with some gum from the bottom of their shoe some string they tore off their shirt, a paperclip from under their desk and a dream, I spent 2 minutes trying to hit every part I needed to apply the chromatic heat to a scar... and lets be clear that in and of itself is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but i'm looking at the way these guns appear in the dlc page, no, the skin applies to the full gun when I do it so something is broken there as well. I mean ffs I want to spend money to make crap look cool, how hard is it to sell me an rgb wheel, sell me pearlescent, chrome, matte, shiny shaders, and let me hit the plastic with a color, hit the metal with a color, maybe hit attachments with another, and then sell me special skin patterns, where I can then change the colors of the patterns, or special shaders that make the gun look like a gem or stone or something, it can't be hard hell, you could give players a few ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, pristine, worn, dirty, and a few levels of wear on wood stocks and grim on plastic, then well me different looking parts, sell me an exotic wood texture, I have a guitar with flame maple, I have seen gunstocks irl that look like art, selling me a dlc to put that on the gun would be easy to do. I have played around with 3d models and uv wrapping and unwrapping, I know its not that hard to do once everything is set up. i'm just frustrated about everything, qol is one step forward and then I get blasted back by tornado, I want to love playing this game, I really do, there are so many pain points, they keep seemingly removing features or things that were in the game at one point for whatever reason, I have no idea if its to maintain quest compatibility with one build or if its genuinely because everytime they touch the code something else breaks. right now I loaded up the game to try and confirm so many things I find annoying, only to be met with a 5-10 second delay in inputs, and unending spinning which made me sick. I am on quest 3, I run the game though virtual desktop, the game was working last wipe, I decided to wait till this wipe to go back in, and I just can't. all this on top of other issues like ai being braindead, but that's not what made me give up, so many small things are in the same category of I can deal with... may 15, the game is playable and im updateing exfil zone has a pve mode now, so I went into that and played it instead of tabor, exfil makes every short comeing of tabor stand out so, SO much worse, I will bullet point 1) movement feels great, I think that tabor has better ability for me to grab new mags and seeming exfil needs me to reach into my chest with no way to calibrate this, but beyond that, every aspect of exfil I would want to see moved to tabor 2) the way skins work in exfil is exactly what I want to see in tabor, 3) I love finding parts of weapons in exfil and being able to upgrade or build a gun, I hope tabor looks at this and takes it a step further, an arpg style 'quality' roll on parts, not durability, but just how good the part is, maybe I find something that's quality 1 of 10 and worst than stock, I find a can of wd40 and some brushes, I clean it up to standard, maybe I find some scrap/junk that I could use to improve it to make it go from 1 to maybe 7, then 8-10 could be extreme rare materials to get it built up or only findable though dropped guns/chests, let me build out a glock to the point it could compete with a current ak alpha, make it hard but doable, let me have that bit of tism itched that would see me endlessly play passed unlocking everything 4) speaking of unlocking everything, the base could stand to be locked, and I kinda wish applying the nuclear night dlc was an option that needed to be ticked on instead of always on, when we get to the point of the new base having locked areas, it will be nice to start from 1 instead of starting from 2 5) a revamp in enemy ai would be amazing, exfil feels like a fun game, tabor feels like unless I play pvp im running through motions, which is fun, up till you become fully self sustain and you have to really try to die, exfil still feels like the ai has a wife and kids at home to go back to while tabor just had an existential moment of thinking "why am I even alive" and they could only come up with "because I haven't died yet" as an answer. 6) MAKE ME FEEL AND KNOW I GOT SHOT, it can't be that hard to add 'blood splatter, so real' to the screen and maybe make it were I got hit (back being bottom, front being top and sides being well the sides) being indicated on screen and I think that's mostly it beyond bugs that may be small but add up to be unbearable
I've honestly never played a game as jank on VR. I have no issue with jank in general. Most VR games are indie and thus come with a certain level of jank. But Tabor is jank to the point of often being broken. I play on a Quest 3. Starting right in the tutorial, I immediately noticed that tracking does not work properly. Your body often turns the wrong way and gets in your way. The tutorial is handled by way of a hologram that rambles off instructions. If you miss anything, then there is a reset button. However, try as I might, I could not get the reset button to work. The instructions are also incomplete. You're usually not giving all the information you need to complete the tutorials. Like that AK mags need to be loaded into the gun in a very specific way. One of the tutorials tasks you with mounting a scope on a sniper rifle, but doesn't tell you how this mechanic actually works. Even worse is that the interaction box on the scope is so small, that it was difficult to just pick it up in the first place. I kept accidentally adjusting a dial on the scope instead of picking it up. Then I couldn't figure out how to put it on the rifle. The tutorial finishes with you loading a shotgun. Here, too, it was a pain in the ass to get the shells into the shotgun. You have to hold the shells over a very specific, seemingly small part of the shotgun, in order to load them. Where exactly this spot is is not very obvious and in the end I had to flap the shells all over the general area in order for them to eventually go in. That's where I gave up on the game. I love the idea of a game that has such ultra realistic gun mechanics, but the game also needs to explain them to you, and those mechanics should work properly. I only have 4 hours logged because after quitting the game, it didn't close properly and stayed running in the background. Obviously. I love the idea of a game that has this much realism to its guns, but this game is borderline broken. Look elsewhere for your extraction shooter fix.
Вроде неплохо, игра интересная онлайн хороший, но багов куча, после последнего обновления на новый бункер столько багов что игрокам приходится страдать а не играть, я надеюсь скоро пофиксят эти баги и будет отлично.
