Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 18 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

boy, this remaster is pretty pathetic. i guess i've been spoiled by nightdive, but this release is clunky feeling: in-game cutscenes are animated at a very low FPS, FMV cinematics are blurry and awful looking, settings won't save at all unless you manually make a "GHOSTBUSTERS" folder in %localappdata%, and the controls (especially mouse+keyboard in menus) are just mush. they also have a "30fps" option and a "60fps" option, but neglect to inform you that you can turn both of the settings off to get 120fps (which still doesn't seem to work in cutscenes). the game itself is a bit rough but still one of the best movie-to-video game adaptations to ever happen, but good gosh golly even getting this release on sale for $5 made me pull on my collar out of embarrassment. this game was originally made by the Nocturne devs instead of making a new Nocturne, which stinks, but they did some good work here. unfortunately this remaster was not up to the task of keeping this game feeling as good as it can on modern machines. i hope the original devs at least still got some royalties out of this, though i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.

this game is great. like reeeally great. i played this back in the day on the xbox 360 as a kid and remembered loving it but never beat it. it has the comedy, the banter, the spooks, and all the interesting ghosts and world ending events that are featured in the two movies. the creators themselves say that THIS game is the 3rd ghostbusters movie that we never got, and i agree. the one and ONLY con of this game, is theres no steam cloud saves at all. i got off my pc to lay in bed and finish it on my legion go s steam os edition, booted the game up, clicked play and didnt see a continue career option. i closed the game and checked the game page and what do you know it doesnt have cloud saves at all. so i ended up streaming the game via steams remote play which was actually pretty great and ended up finishing the game that way. i got this game for like $10 on a key site and for that price and tbh even $20 i'd still buy this game. its fun, not too long but also not too short, and is perfect for you if youre a ghostbusters fan.
Beaten 6/10 Good game, very 'xbox 360' era. Excellent, simple combat. Just fun, nothing complicated
fun for 4.99, from a good franchise, good developers, excellent performance, novelty. i would definitely buy (if on sale) there are SOME bugs that I have encountered in the 68 minutes ive started; sometimes ghosts will not spawn, you have to restart the checkpoint, its where they shoot at your player character (the other characters of ghostbusters). and if you have high definition audio equipment, you cannot play more than 24 bit 48khz. its weird i know; but if you play above it desyncs the cutscenes/movies.
Multiple crashes, settings saving issues, inverted y-axis controller issues and motion sickness I normally only get motion sickness from first person games. In this game the camera is close to the character ...and needing to look through the ghost-finder-glasses (with headbobs) makes it even worse. To bad. I looked forward to playing this game, but is was nog meant to be.
Mostly was a fun game for the 1st couple hours, then got repetitive and unnecessarily difficult. Played well on the steam deck though. Spent too much time trying to catch and drag the ghosts into the catcher whilst trying to revive your downed bot teammates. Just became annoying and frustrating. I generally am easily pleased with games, especially ones letting me reenact one of my favorite childhood movies. But I am saddened by this experience. FYI, I only played for a few hours. It read 29 hrs because it was in standby for a while.
Good game, but it's 30 GB bigger than Amnesia: The Bunker, and it runs substantially worse with delayed audio in cutscenes look at how theyve massacred my boy
Broken widescreen (can be fixed with HEX editor), settings doesn't save (fixed by creating folder manually), negative mouse acceleration. First hour or so was semi fun, then novelty quickly wear off. Sadly game doesn't provide enough mechanics for ghost capture to be fun in long term, and game is mostly regular inconvenient shooter with capture gimmick. Graphics are cool, strictly can recommend this game only to hardcore fans of the movies, since it's basically a next movie.
Ты также прекрасна как и в день когда я тебя потерял...
This is a recommendation at a discount. To frame my review, I never played the original. As a remaster there's problems that should've been cleaned up to make this an easy recommend. A new story with the original cast voicing and writing is great just as a ghostbusters fan. -Long pauses between dialogue hurt immersion. -Gameplay at parts can feel like getting stunlocked or enemies that keep running hurt the pace. Despite the problems, the game just had the funfactor that recent games stopped caring about.
