Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 24 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Gerek yok.

Used to play this game when I was young so there's a little bias there, but I love this game and I love that I can play it on steam now having lost my physical copy over the years
Even from a retrospective point of view, Ghost Master® was nothing more than a standard, bargain-basement video game, where creativity is heavily discouraged in favor of linear gameplay. All levels have a "recommended" button where specific ghosts are automatically added to the player's roster to fit the interactable objects in them. This does not sound too terrible until it is realized that certain levels have puzzles that require specific skills from certain ghosts, meaning that levels can become softlocked or completely uninteractable. Any outcome wherein players are punished, directly or indirectly, for their creativity or want of roster freedom is an immediate turn-off for most individuals, especially in a game where ghosts can be unlocked and upgraded. It does not matter what combinations one may come up with, if a certain power is not available to any one of your ghosts, such as “quake” to knock a brick out of the wall hiding a corpse or “telekinetic storm” or disrupt certain electronic device, then one can expect to fail mission objectives completely and have no means of unlocking ghosts tied to an objective. Players naturally enjoy having options and utilizing them appropriately, but this game provides little to no windows of opportunity for experimenting with roster combinations with the possibility of winning in the end. There are no options, at the very least, evaluating the level, its props, and its NPCs to understand what the player can expect when it comes to what can be exploited in terms of the phobias some NPCs have, along with interacting with objects. Even when players accept the recommended roster of ghosts, the game remains trial-and-error, all the while their score is tied to how quickly they can complete the level. All of this while the player has to bind and unbind ghosts to rooms like clockwork if they are to keep the pressure on NPCs that constantly scatter like ants and ghosts that have to charge up their scares before they can execute them. For $5, players are given pint-sized level variety, no breathing room for having ghost rosters that differ from what the developers wanted, and little reward even when they kowtow to recommendations by the game. It is no wonder that only two levels are present in the game’s screenshots on the store; you would have to lose your mind to think that this game is deserving of an hour of your time, let alone a five-dollar bill.

It was great - unique, and fun. Even today it still holds up, at least to some degree. The premise is very simple: lead your party of ghosts to haunt people. It works. However, in my opinion, it's the first level where the game truly shined for me those years ago and I found myself feeling exactly the same way revisiting it now. Its still good. The later levels unfortunately don't hold up as well as those early one are, and the ending is anticlimactic, so I found myself rushing through them. Nonetheless I enjoyed the game quite a bit anyway.

As much as I have a soft spot for this game, I can't recommend buying it today. However, what I am recommending - go and pick up Ghost Master: Resurrection on Steam. From what I've played, it looks like a genuinely faithful and high quality remake. Even though it's in Early Access as of today and only covers the first Act or two, that honestly was the best content anyway. I'm hoping the remake takes the opportunity to make some improvements to the later levels or they could even add some or completely redo them.

One of the legendary classic RTS games of all time. And it's a shame they never made Ghost Master 2.
