i think its a great game but its very complex and hard to understand at first. i have really enjoyed the learning process and have built my first fully functioning ai controlled ship after around 10 hours. the learning curve is very steep but the tutorials are incredibly usefully and it is imperative that you do them as a new player. Overall the game is super fun but complex so if you plan to download consider if you want to invest the time into the learning process.
its very confusing and a tutorial i followed didn't even work. It's UI is VERY VERY ugly and isn't self explanatory at all (at least when i last played). IMO this kind of game requires the use of a online tutorial unless you want to guess till something positive happens with your build lol. I do think this game is probably tons of fun but personally my first time loading up the game was a nightmare and it simply didn't leave a good impression. In short: game is probably super fun, but likely requires a good few hours to put together your first vehicle ect, and UI is HORRID.

it is a very good game and i highly recommend it. though, it takes a while to learn...
I played this game for 37 minutes. The first tutorial is annoying. it essentially boils down to: look at thing and hold LMB for up to 3 minutes while you miss almost every shot. The second tutorial puts you in an airship where you have limited line of sight of anything purely because the ship itself is in the way of seeing, and has you shoot a normal ship. That's neat. Problem: trying to aim the main gun at this ship may require you to turn your ship. Or move. Why is this a problem? Because moving makes your airship go sideways. Every time. Micromovement? Sideways. Large movement? Still sideways. I ended up skipping this tutorial after 5 minutes of frustration. The third tutorial is about building a boat. Problems: 1) Every single time, without fail, if you move your cursor to the 'correct place' to place a block, you are rewarded with a voiceline that says "Press LMB to place the block =)". For every. SINGLE. BLOCK. 2) One of the blocks you need to place needs to be rotated. There is no instruction on how to rotate a block. And, having come from the second tutorial, I'm wary of pressing buttons carelessly lest the game explode on me. However, I move the cursor to the block location anyway and am, once again, greeted with the infuriating line. So I assume the block will auto rotate. It does not. Now I need to know how to delete the block I just placed, because the tutorial is now beatable. Because I cannot figure out how to select a block that already exists, or let alone delete one. YES. A TUTORIAL. MEANT TO ONBOARD PLAYERS WHO HAVENT WORKED WITH THIS USELESS SPAGHETTI OF A CONTROL SCHEME. CAN BE UNBEATABLE. Suffice to say I did not get further. I played this game for 37 minutes. I didnt complete 2 of the 3 tutorials I tried. There are dozens of tutorials. I don't know who this game is for, but it isn't for anyone human. That this is sold for 30$ is a crime. I wouldnt let you pay me 30$ to have it in my library. EDIT: The community itself, and the developers, apparently believe in making the barrier to entry in this game a large hurdle as a feature. If you work for a living and have a life outside of gaming, I doubly recommend you do not bother looking at this game.
This is one of the worst UX i have ever encountered. Its really bad. At times it felt impossible to do simple actions. Other times the UI flat out breaks or seems to do what ever it wants. I can never get things to really do what i need them too. No autosaves, had several crashes. The tutorial was decent but again, really janky and the narration for block placement got old really fast. It has a lot of depth and the game could be great. But the UX and UI are cataclysmacaly aweful and ultimately forced me to back away. I was really excited about building carriers but trying to manage anything became stressful and a far cry from fun. The game is way too janky. Even for me, and thats saying something. If they can clean up the UX and modernize the UI a little bit i would happily give this a thumbs up.
Fun game, but frustrating. Ship float, no move. Add engine, Tidin tidin tidin, engine kaboom, boat don't float, boat don't move.
There is a very specific type of person who would absolutely love this game, no doubt. Everyone else will lose interest in two hours.
This game is a ship designer, grand strategy, RTS, FPS, flight simulator, space flight simulator, open world survival, endless, true sandbox, resource management, diplomacy, and a war crime simulator game, and as a wise man once said 'A game where the learning curve is a 90 degree line covered in Diddy's baby oil.' very fun
It's pretty decent I guess if you are have no job, I'll give it 5 stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up in that case. Otherwise, this game will make you lose your job so stay away.
cool addictive 3d puzzle game with vehicle combat minigames
