Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Latest in each market: best PL #92, worst CN #98 · 3 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 26 → 9.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Lost my entire career progress due to cloud save being shoddy. Online-only career singleplayer is also such a travesty. The constant connection issues makes this game so frustrating and unplayable even when you're just trying to enjoy the offline experience.
体验了隔壁地平线6的超雄ai后,我原谅了极8✋😭✋至少极8的ai还是会正常封线路和稍微让一让切内线的玩家,也不会突然获得超强魔法抓地力和引擎动力。

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 2: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I wanted to come back and revisit this game after spending a a few more hours on Forza Horizon 6. I think this game is the poster child of unforced errors. To this day I'm still not sure why they decided that every car needed to be leveled up like a gun in call of duty, or why there are many performance issues and bugs that remain from FM7, why the campaign and content are so lack luster, why online isn't really worth playing. I played this game and grinded it out for a long time through the weird quirks, texture degradation, and seemingly non function grip at times on cars. Honestly it's not worth playing compared to FH5 or 6. Turn10 lost the battle to games with superior content, but with comparable and at times better driving. Maybe get it on sale, but honestly why bother. Any other Forza Horizon Game would be a better use of money
Ignore the weird, cynical, negative reviews trashing this game and the rollout - this game came out 3 years ago guys, let it go If you have ever enjoyed a Forza Motorsport game in your life, get this game - it is literally all of the previous FM games rolled into one If you've never played FM, but enjoy racing games, get this game I can't stop playing this due to the "CarPG" elements of the Featured Multiplayer Class-based racing. On one hand you have to learn the techniques to race well: figuring out the courses and how each car drives. On the other, you have to learn how to build a car that will be competitive in an online lobby. You have to find which parts give you the boost you need to make the podium; constantly refining and improving the cars in your collection. This is a wonderful and challenging racing video game It's also gorgeous Have fun, good luck, avoid overly-aggressive drivers - they'll spin themselves out eventually
One of the worst AI I've ever seen in a racing game. They follow a single line and stick to it no matter what, they'll bump into your car if you're in their way and you'll get a penalty for that. The graphics are fine, and the physics are decent for an arcade-style sim racer. If you're looking for something realistic, don't buy it. It's still fun to play, but it's definitely not worth the full price, wait for at least a 60% discount.
game stopped receiving updates 2 years after release. the devs left the game in a buggy state. windows 11 isn't even compatible with a game released in 2023. would NOT recommend
Gameplay: The singleplayer is boring and repetitive. The racing AI is garbage (it'll nudge you off the track to get back on the drive line). You need internet to play, even in singleplayer. There is barely enough people to play multiplayer (the only decent gamemode), and when there is, someone just rams you off the track (getting a .5 second penalty) ruining your whole race and the 15+ minutes of prep before it. Too many loading screens. Microsoft rant: Microsoft is deleting bad reviews of the game where they can (on their store). Microsoft harvests user data from personal files on your computer. Microsoft paid critics to give this a good review. Microsoft hires developers for only 1.5 years then fires them that way they don't need to pay benefits (ruining the game's development in the process). TL;DR: Boring and internet required singleplayer. Multiplayer and the penalty system is broken. Microsoft bad and ruin development. Buy some other racing game instead.
I don't know what people are complaining about. This game is great. If you want a "Gran Turismo for the PC" sim-lite, this is the closest you're going to get. Granted I have not touched multiplayer and don't plan to, so everything I have to say is about the singleplayer. The production value is obvious. The game looks amazing. There is a ton of licensed cars and tracks. All the settings a PC game should have, and good performance. The frame pacing is extremely even, which is important for a racing game. Running it unlocked with the graphics turned up to max, the variance between highs and lows was only about 3-5 fps. I chose to lock the frame rate slightly below that, and the game never seems to budge or stutter. The engine they've built is clearly optimized for the job. I did not enjoy the Skinner box nonsense, so I disabled all of the HUD and XP grind popups except for fuel/tier wear and speedometer. Expert settings, cockpit view, no racing line. This gives me exactly what I had been looking for. An immersive singleplayer circuit racer with car progression, realistic enough handling and tuning, designed to be played on a controller. With everything from old road cars to modern hypercars. The game being "dead" just means it's complete. No live service FOMO. All the content is just there waiting to be played, as it should be. Forza 2023 seems to fill the exact niche I was looking for. A racing game to pop back into sporadically, run a few races, maybe buy a new car, try to beat my own times. It's not something I'm going to binge obsessively. It just sits there in my library (alongside Dirt 2.0) for whenever I feel like playing a racing game.
Dont understand the hate.. ive experienced 0 bugs, game looks, feels and runs great. Got it 50% off, win win (:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⣠⣴⣶⣶⣶⣶⣤⡀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⣼⣿⣿⡿⠿⠿⣿⣿⣿⡄ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸⡿⣛⡅⢸⣿⣷⣿⣿⣿⡇ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⣀⠀⠘⣾⣿⣷⠀⢛⣵⣿⣿⡿⠃⠀⣀⡀⠀⠀⠀⠀𝙎𝙃𝙐𝙏 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⣿⠀⠀⢹⢋⣴⣿⣿⣿⢟⣵⣾⣿⣿⣿⣿⣷⡀⠀⠀𝙏𝙃𝙀 ⠀⠀⣤⡶⡿⢶⠀⠈⠻⡿⢛⣵⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡇⠀⠀𝙁𝙐𝘾𝙆 ⠀⠀⢷⣿⣿⣿⡇⠀⠀⠀⣾⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡄⠀⠀𝙐𝙋 ! ⠀⠀⢸⣿⣿⣿⠀⠀⠀⢠⣿⣿⣿⣷⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣧⡀ ⠀⠀⠀⢿⣿⣿⣇⠀⠀⣾⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣇ ⠀⠀⠀⠘⣿⣿⣿⣧⣼⣿⣿⣿⡟⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠹⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡟⠀⠹⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠹⣿⣿⣿⣿⡟⠁⠀⣼⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡿ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠈⠉⠉⠁⠀⠀⠀⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿
