About

Responding to an unusual alarm call from a remote mining base, Jack arrives at the dark and desolate Fort Solis. With storm warnings imminent, he heads inside to make desperate contact. As the night grows longer, events escalate, spiral out of control and the mystery of what happened to the crew begins to reveal itself. The storms is approching, limiting Jack’s escape as he looks to hold out until morning arrives.

Fort Solis looks to deliver a high-fidelity experience designed to completely immerse the player in the cast and their long night. With performances from Roger Clark, Troy Baker and Julia Brown, Fort Solis looks to deliver emotion, fear, empathy and much more with every chapter.
Supporting the core narrative are additional instances of story such as audio logs, surveillance footage of past or present events. Accompanying those are video logs recorded by all crew detailing the events before and perhaps even after that night the alarm was triggered at Fort Solis…

The story is told across four chapters. Like a Netflix series, Fort Solis can be binged in one intense session, or played chapter by chapter like an episodic TV show.
Fort Solis brings to players, the next level of details, facial and body animations. With the help of Unreal Engine 5.2 Fort Solis realistic universe is brought to life!

The skeleton of Fort Solis is built above and below ground. The base contains a variety of locations each with their own surface and sub surface levels. Players will be able to explore the isolated storm bearing surface, the creepy service tunnels absent of any light or the multiple departments that help Fort Solis function on a day-to-day basis such as Engineering, Medical and Communications.
As the story unfolds locations can easily be revisited for additional story context or continue to serve as a backdrop to the fate that awaits Jack with each passing hour.

the graphics, assets, incredible. the premise, hooked me the gameplay? missing. Camera and Movement controls are horrendous, This should have been an animated movie. the narrative intialy rewards you engagement but falls apart by the end, unsatisifing final 'chapter'
Fort Solis is a game I had to do a lot of contemplating on. Its one of those games I wish had a neutral option vs the thumbs up/down. I enjoyed the game, It definitely feels like more of a movie playing out. Very slow, very narrative. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring, investing in the lore and the story, but the ending truly rubbed me the wrong way. There are two total endings. Its a very short game. I supposedly got what's considered the "good" ending, though I don't see either ending being that way. After much investment and debate, I am going to give the game a positive review, mainly because the list of what I enjoyed outweighs the list of what I didn't. I just wish there was a bit more variety with the endings.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Fort Solis delivers an immersive cinematic experience, enriched by exceptional voice acting, stunning graphics, and elements such as audio and video that enhance the narrative. Exploration, collectibles, and the gradual unfolding of the plot contribute to the suspense, while excellent visuals and animation are highlighted, although movement can occasionally be stuttered. Despite being relatively short, Fort Solis offers a memorable journey into its unique universe. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3741668422
it's a kind of interactive movie and walking simulator the plot is not bad, although nothing is clear at the beginning there are collectibles and even a couple of jokes at the beginning of the game. many things can be touched and examined it's just a chill toy to look at a good picture to avoid freezes and have a smooth image, turn off DLSS there is a guide for all achievements in the community I had a good time and earned platinum don't strain your brain by walking around Mars
Yeah it looks pretty. Even the video I saw about it looked mouth watering.. But then it starts to dawn on you.. Its just walking simulator with wonky ever changing controls that just feel off and make you feel off.. I would reccomend enjoying a walktrough video instead of experiencing it yourself, you'll have much better time doing that.
I was looking for a detox from long open world RPG's and found this little gem. It's a slow burn story driven movie sim but I like some of that, it has similarities to Directive 8020 but without the narrative choice. Good story line, good voice acting (Troy Baker, I mean how can you go wrong) a well crafted environment and Mars base setting and it carries that sci-fi ominous atmosphere. Good game art, especially the poster designs.
Cons: - Poor optimization. Even at Full HD resolution, I had to enable an upscaler; otherwise, achieving a stable 60 FPS on a 7800 XT was impossible without lowering the settings to medium. There are also frequent and severe stutters. - The game itself is very short — it can be completed in around 4 hours. This is the shortest walking simulator I have ever played. - The QTEs are extremely fast, making it almost impossible to press the required button in time. - The walking speed is frustratingly slow. After all, this is a game, and I don’t think overly realistic movement is appropriate. At the very least, there should be an option to walk faster without having to press the Shift key every time. - There are no proper puzzles, which are usually an important part of this genre. Technically, they are present, but there are very few of them and they are extremely simple. - The map is inconvenient to use. Pros: - Great visuals - Good story
