Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Forever Skies is an action-survival game taking place on Earth, which was devastated by a global ecological disaster. This event caused the surface of the planet to be covered in a colossal layer of toxic dust. You’re returning to our planet hundreds of years later - will you recognize our world?

I so wanted this to be even a 5th as good as Subnautica :( Start was so rough and boring that I returned it after 40min.
I like to build and discover different things and this game has a lot to offer I would highly recommend this game

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Buggy mess that really feels like it is still early access even though it has already been fully released. If you are considering buying this game, wait another year. Constant crashes, bugs and the game just feels half-baked. Really disappointed.
There's a lot I truly love about Forever Skies. The survival adventure is generally a pretty chill experience, with plentiful opportunities to overcome the survival mechanics and make the game more about exploration at your own pace. It reminds me a lot of Planet Crafters in that regard, and I think if you like one, you'd like the other. The building mechanics are pretty intuitive, though I would have wasted a lot less time on confused backtracking if I knew that I was supposed to be looking for a balloon upgrade in the early game. I think that's probably mentioned in one of the numerous logs you find, but still, a side-quest to help nudge the player in the right direction for that upgrade in particular would have led to less wandering from me. At least I gathered tons of resources doing it. The graphics and style are a little fugly, and the movement feels a touch mushy, particularly paired with the awkward default control scheme. But it's nothing that really detracts from the experience, which I thought was overall one of the best of its kind. It's exactly the sort of shut-your-brain-off-and-gather-resources game I want out of these, and it delivers.
I had wrote a lengthy, detailed review on the game but swapped my recommendation AFTER finishing it, so Steam struck it down with a nuclear missile. TLDR; It's like a reheated meal, not fresh from the oven. Changing the core gameplay loop post-release makes it feel more like an unfinished game with proper mechanics that were only just considered. The game's major updates completely change core aspects of the game, so it's less of an update and more of a step closer to a full release. Concept of the game means the environment is hella dull. You interact with it a bit so meh. Looting consists of standing still and holding left click whilst looking at flying tumbleweeds or totally lightweight enough panels and heaps of metal. The game tries to be the long lost cousin of Subnautica, but that can never be replicated. The bug pet would bring my review up to a positive but I need a bed to place it down which needs a blueprint that I don't have and will likely take me 10 hours to find, so it's an immediate -1,000,000/10. Premise is interesting but from what I have heard the actual story is pretty meh later on. Environment is a carbon copy of itself everywhere you look, after a while of blissful ignorance. First and second radio tower I visited were clones, the only things unique were the POIs..obviously, the places the story directs you, so hopefully by the time you have to go loot for specific resources you forget the repetition. Instead of a meticulously hand-crafted world, it feels more like generated tiles slotted in together with a couple 'ahh..world's empty, let's add a couple structures you can visit that are all identical' sprinkled in. Buy it when on sale, or buy Subnautica 1 and Below Zero when they're on sale for half the price of this game. Like right now...buy Subnautica RIGHT NOW YOU SHOULD BUY IT NOW---
Game was fun for a few hours then just sucks @$$ after that.
