Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I've been wanting this game since its release, but have been reluctant to purchase at full price due to the negative reviews. So, now on sale at 90% off, I picked up the game and a couple of DLCs. Here are my thoughts so far: Pros: Fantastic game in theory. I love the detail involved in the many things you have to do, step by step. Large open world map to fish in! Graphics and model details are 7/10 at best, imo. Cons: My biggest complaint by far- three crashes just trying to complete the tutorial. If you've spent much time on real boats, you realize the sounds of the water on the hull while underway are not very realistic. The boats in the game don't realistically respond to throttle/wheel input. The sea surface itself could use more realistic details to help with immersion. Overall so far: For 90%, there is no reason not to buy if its something you may potentially enjoy. But don't set your expectations too high lol. I recommend only if purchased at a significant discount.

* Outro ponto é a imersão.
im from where this game takes place, and i also fished for 30yrs .Some things are good and some not but its only a game , its a good way to pass time and get a ides of how fishing kinda works
Fishing: North Atlantic Enhanced Edition – A Frustrating Experience Even with a sale price, I can’t, in good conscience, recommend Fishing: North Atlantic Enhanced Edition to anyone. The game is plagued by numerous bugs and game-breaking issues that significantly detract from the experience. First off, the tutorial is sorely lacking and needs a major overhaul. It's often unclear what equipment is what, and simple visual aids like highlighted objects or arrows would go a long way in improving clarity. The tutorial leaves you feeling lost, with many key mechanics remaining unexplained. Another issue is the frustrating and inconsistent controls. I frequently get stuck on objects, and switching between driving and working modes on the ship deck is often a hit-or-miss experience, with key presses not responding as expected. Perhaps the most aggravating bug is the broken buoys. These glitches prevent me from warping back to port, which essentially halts any progress I make in the game. It’s a major setback, especially in a game that relies so heavily on progression. While Fishing: North Atlantic Enhanced Edition does offer a variety of features, the sheer number of bugs outweighs the game's versatility. The potential is there, but the execution leaves much to be desired. Until these issues are addressed, I can’t recommend the game, even at a discounted price. best Fishing practice is learnt after a few hours of Fishing for me it is a lot of enjoyment the bigger boats take a little extra work to use the net system but you soon pick up the basics and with the nets overloaded stay stationary I have not broken a net using a stationary technique I take 5 to 7 crew out so one is always repairing the ship and 1 crew in the galley cooking up a storm have fun and I may see you on the ocean
Sorry i missed your call (i was on my other line)
tags claim it is multiplayer, it is not
Honestly i thought this game would be fun, but i was heavily wrong. the streering on the started boat makes me so mad.. its not worth playing. I will be in fact binning this into my dont play games.
I had high hopes for Fishing: North Atlantic, and it was on my wishlist for a considerable period of time, but I felt I just couldn't experience all its strengths and unique qualities due to noticeable bugs and glitches. First, as a simulator, this game does an excellent job of representing a real-life fishing boat. This can be rooted in the detail of its textures and crispness of its sound. For instance, the game looks awesome when you've set anchor somewhere during nightfall--seeing the moon and the lighthouse just adds some quality that is truly unique and enhances the experience of playing the game. Also, when the water resonates as the waves crash the boat resulting in your boat rocking back and forth in perfect unison is another level of masterful execution found in the game's audio quality and graphics. Moreover, the gameplay is quite packed with the necessary elements and challenges that make its replayability high. There are a wide variety of fish and boats. And the challenges and simpler elements like going from place to place reminded me of the way I feel when I play American Truck Simulator in a way. However, the most significant drawback of the game lurks in it's various bugs and animation glitches. For example, If you try to move to different areas of the boat such as the stern or bow you get caught looping back. The tutorial is also seemingly bugged as despite pressing the appropriate button to accelerate forward it simply wouldn't be recognized. Nor on keyboard. Also, steering the boat was a real pain. You have to really finesse the motor to get it into the circles provided as visual aids but the mechanics just seemed clunky when using an Xbox One controller. Now, take these matters with a grain of salt, but its seemingly commonplace amongst those reviewing the game, then there must be a good reason for it. Conclusively, this is a game which certainly has the potential for greatness when you consider all of its qualities but it can't truly be appreciated unless it can overcome its obvious pattern of buggy behavior. Together, this truly leads to an frustrating gaming experience, which is why--at least in its current state, I cannot recommend it.
