I have Played 339 Hours on 2 Play throughs. I have done all of the types of fishing and used many of the boat types from starter to mid to end game boats. The A.F. Therault and sons boats are definately the way to go as they have the best boats for each type of fishing ...save the knots guilty which to me is questionably the best for lobster. The game is fun and I only remember a few lock ups or crashes. So save every so often just in case. (that staement alone could be the review) The game when you start; and don't know how it is supposed to work... seems to work fine. And it does provide a fun sim experience ...but when you play longer you find out it is not working right but rather faking its way enough to make you think it is; untill you are good at the game. This is fine at first but when you start trying to use your learned skills in the game you realize it is fake (so to speak) and certain forms of skill really don't exsist. I would say if you buy the bundle with bearents and pay $22 dollars each total $44 you get your moneys worth and both games will give you enjoyment. If you consider 40 Hours a good amount of game play that is...but this game is very slow and so is bearents so it is kind of tricky because they are sooo time consuming. AM I glad I bought and played the games? Yes! Is there another competitor in the genre? Not that I know of. To the devs... thank you for the two cool games and dlcs ...wish you had spent more time on them though. I Purchased all of the DLC's for both game and I would tie those to my recomendation for the games...without the dlc's not sure my review wouldn't be much worse. I am writing 5/27/25 so many patches after problems others mention. also PC.

Por el momento me esta gustando . Rectifico despues de unas horas mas de juego . Barcos voladores bugs de barcos chocando . en fin y se ponen hacer otro juego en vez de arreclar esto .

Pra quem gosta de se aventurar no mar, é um bom jogo, claro que o próximo será melhor, mas só espero que não venha com alguns bugs como este; ainda encontro barcos voando, literalmente voando. Via uns pontos estranhos, não eram nuvens então com o binóculo pude perceber e pra minha surpresa, um barco voador. Este jogo/ simulador poderia ser como o ETS2, apenas um jogo com melhorias pra todos e fosse acrescentando novos locais de pesca, embarcações, países por todo o mundo, com muitas praias e bacias, copiando é claro, o real, a geografia de cada local.
