Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Centuries ago, a brutal beast of destruction rent the world asunder. In this time of need, the first Immortals came into their uncanny powers, powers so great that they succeeded in destroying the beast ravaging the land, where all else had failed.
To prevent such destruction from ever happening again, the Immortals banded together to form a Council that would enforce order and stability on a global scale, stepping in at any hint of war or chaos.
The Immortals might be vastly powerful, but they are few. Even they can't oversee all of the lands. This is why they rely upon their mortal agents, the Arbiters, to guard the land's people from the more day-to-day dangers they face. Arbiters range over the land, rooting out bandits, unruly monsters, and crooked officials; their word is law.
But one Arbiter uncovers the deepening corruption pervading her own order, and it falls to her to halt the spread of a threat as dire as the brutal beast of yore.
Strongly influenced by games such as Final Fantasy Tactics (original and Advance versions) and Tactics Ogre, this tactical RPG stands on its own as a worthy successor of those classics, bringing a slew of improvements and additions to the tactics genre.

I loved Final Fantasy Tactics as a kid, and have always looked for similar games. While this game may seem similar in gameplay, the feeling isn't charming or fun, and i don't recommend wasting your time on it at all. I'll make it short. The game is pozzed with modern writing. The main character is an ugly insufferable Mary Sue. She's been made so ugly and masculine, i didn't even realize the character was female. I genuinely thought it was a dude with long hair. I thought ok, i loved Lyn from Fire Emblem, maybe this will be like that. It isn't. 20 minutes in, i get to the feminist dialogue where the evil noble calls the 2 characters little girls, and the strong warrior woman owns him, asking to explain how such a powerful lord was captured by a pair of little girls. That's when i closed and uninstalled. (my game time is buffed by steam card drops) I'm not interested in playing your ugly feminist power trip. Understand, i'm fine with playing female characters, i'm fine with female warriors. I loved Lyn, i loved Ritz, i loved Tifa, i loved Aqua, and many more. I have never had an issue with them. It's a fantasy world and i'll believe it. I wouldn't even notice it. But YOU started the gender conflict. YOU made me notice. You had to ruin what could've been a good fantasy game by putting in focus the stupid modern gender issues. And i'm not doing that. I'm not reading that. I'm not participating in that. Games are entertainment. Take your politics to twitter or anywhere else.

They try to emulate final fantasy tactics but the balance is all over the place. Debuffs and status ailments, enemies have overwhelming recovery and revives, battles become drawn out mess where its just healing ailments.

It looked like a more modern Final Fantasy Tactics but it fell far short. The dialog was pretty bad. Navigating the menus, and just the controls in general, are pretty bad. I don't have a controller so maybe that would help. Character portraits look pretty cheesy and AI generated as well. I had to return it.
I think this game disappoints me more than anything. Tactical RPGs are my favorite and the execution here just feels poor. Progression feels slow, exacerbated by real-time mission deployments, and all-too-often fights just feel slow and weighted against you regardless of difficulty settings. In all honesty Fell Seal just feels like a poor imitation of games like Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre. It's not explicitly bad but what it does isn't particularly good either.
This is NOT a "tactics" game. This is a "role-playing" game. The combat system ignores basic concepts like "zones of control" - preventing intuitive understanding of the situation. Instead, it emphasizes classes, skills and levels. It is a role-playing game. Perhaps, this wouldn't be an unpleasant surprise to someone who got to play the games its description is referencing.
I can't like this game. I have tried but the art style looks like a teenager drew it. The enemies have the design of a group of trouble makers that just need a stern talking to. Not vicious bandits. The characters are elongated like their original models were to short for the maps and they just stretched them. I couldn't even get into the combat to see if it's good because of the art. It might be someone else's favorite game they remember forever but for me it's just another ugly game.
