(Underrated!) A True Hidden Gem! I wish that I would have known about this game sooner! If you enjoy wangen midnight, Initial D and other Street racing or arcade racing games you need to play this. I like the music and the arcade racing! The story is fun too! There are some issues with the frames but, I don't care. I just play in window mode on the best setting for my monitor. This is the only arcade port of this game it's not on consoles. This goes in my top ten racing games with Outrun series, Ridge Racer series, Initial D, Wangen midnight. I think I'll try Tokyo Extreme racer soon. This is an Arcade racing game. not a simulator game. I prefer arcade racing games, they remember that they're games.

11/24/2025 Rating: 4/10 [its not a bad arcade game but theres definitely better options] I'm not going to criticise the game for being old, I prefer old stuff but in terms of gameplay the stuff that bums me out is that when racing it doesn't feel natural, you'll notice the rubberbanding within just playing the story mode which is the only mode you can play to get the taste of the game, there is Multiplayer but it's Peer-To-Peer Multiplayer so theres no servers for you to race randoms with. I tried to "modernize" the game a bit with Nvidia Control panel by changing some settings to make it "pop more" but as far as I know theres not much graphical options to choose other than resolution. Theres no antialiasing which is more of personal preference any since you have a sharper image quality. Gameplay 5/10 [ Everything works just the rubberbanding between npc's is noticable by a large margin ] Story 5/10 [ The popups for the characters talking was a bit distracting for the first half but I just cancel it out, but for the character writing is as generic as it gets when it comes to writing anime stuff. Its very Anime Dub like Subtitling. ] Multiplayer 4/10 Peer to Peer Only (As far as my knowledge of the game is) Graphics: 5/10 [ Optimized better than Triple A Games, but definitely graphically Compariable to the regular Nintendo Switch ] Customization: 7/10 [ A mild selection of cars to select ] Racing Wheel Compatibility: Unknown (most likely having to hard turn the wheel alot maybe)
