Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

I'm a believer.
There's a lot in there. Sort of like an All you can eat buffet, you can keep eating and eating as long as you have the patience for it. It's occasionally fun, often annoying. Mechanically it continues to build on FC 3/4, but where FC4 feels (to me) like a wealth of options for each engagement, FC5 feels like a glut of options, so many options that none of them really feel particularly satisfying or even interesting. They also maintain a strange floaty-ness to the automatic weapons where recoil feels less like a gun pushing back against a character and more like a kind of vibration or slide around the screen. The tone is a lot weirder too. Maybe it's just being set in the USA with characters that are identifiably people I've met and talked with, but it feels even more weird to pair 4 Wheeler races and magic mind control drugs with the grim stuff the antagonists talk about in their history. In the end, it's weird that the game seems to come down on Seed's side? Like- I think as much as is possible, the text supports that god is pretty provably on his side. I enjoyed gorging for the first 10-20 hours. The last 10 or so grow old and leave me yearning for an ending, which was also kind of flat. However, playing as a female rookie, the ending with yourself and Seed being locked in a bunker, with him sitting over you and delivering yet another monologue about how it's just the two of you until you reach eden's gate has a really nasty implication/reading. I think the 15 hour mark here is when the Far Cry series turned sour for me.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Same day: best PL #28, worst FR #82 · 10 markets collected
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 15.71/day in the week to Aug 12 → 45/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dentro da trilogia principal (3, 4 e 5), esse é o meu favorito, ambientação incrível, história razoável, jogabilidade muito fluída, em resumo um ótimo jogo.
Das Beste Spiel aus der Far Cry Reihe !
Despite playing it for 300 hours and counting, I feel this game has little to no replay value. I just enjoy monotony I guess.
很喜欢意识流,而且剧情是邪教有关的,很感兴趣,配音也很好,很难不推荐
剧情本体割裂感太狠了,不如3和4,一坨大狗屎
This game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. I still hold Farcy 3 as one of the greatest open world FPS games ever made. It's got memorable characters, it's got an interesting story, it's fun. The biggest issue is that it barely runs on modern tech. This game ♥♥♥♥♥ on the memory of Farcry. It starts off with a character customizer, which basically immediately means that the character you are playing, has no character whatsoever. You are a silent protagonist unlike any of the previous games. So unlick the MC in 3 who is a rich boy learning to be a soldier, or even 4 (which wasn't great but it was something) of a "civilized man" becoming a monster, you just get....nothing. We are introduced to altogether too many characters, none of them particularly memorable so by the end I just don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about anyone, but the game sure thinks I do. Then in the ultimate ♥♥♥♥ you the game makes it so that everything you have done and gone through means ♥♥♥♥ all. You get one choice at the end that just determines the ending. Nothing matters. Seriously, ♥♥♥♥ this game. I only got it because I wanted more of the same style of base reclaiming gameplay but they've changed up the specifics in weird ways so it just isn't as fun. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money. I got it on sale so at least it was only 10 bucks, but just go back and play Farcry 4, at least it has a memorable villain even if it doesn't handle him very well.
getting 100% made me want to cull the herd
The game feels mediocre. You can mod the gun you start with but there is little to no incentive to use other weapons or to really progress that way. The missions and enemies feel a bit repetitive. The story starts alright but there are some scenes that make no sense and feel way too forced. This game had a lot of potential but it feels a bit like slop
