Welcome to Vegas. New Vegas. Enjoy your stay!
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
12 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 41.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 41.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Xbox, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

new vegas is a clunky, buggy, crashy, kinda ugly mess no matter how much you mod it but its engaging writing and silly physics shooter mechanics makes it a compelling package despite it all. you'll be hard pressed to find a newer game that truly captures it all

12 on sale3 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 3 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 12 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Hey kiddo, Handsome Jack here... and I just played Fallout: New Vegas, and apparently someone looked at the post-apocalyptic wasteland and thought, “You know what this needs? Gambling, political extremism, mutated monsters, and one very confused delivery guy with a bullet in his head.” Fantastic. Finally, a protagonist with workplace trauma. You play as the Courier, who gets shot in the head at the beginning of the game and somehow decides, “You know what? I'm still going to finish this delivery.” That's dedication. If one of my employees got shot in the head, I'd at least expect them to file the appropriate paperwork. Instead, this lunatic wakes up and immediately starts wandering across the Mojave looking for the guy who shot them. And that's where the game gets good. You can join the NCR, side with Caesar's Legion, work with Mr. House, or decide that everyone involved is an idiot and take Vegas for yourself. Obviously, I picked myself. The factions are fantastic, the characters are memorable, and the game constantly gives you choices that actually matter. You can talk your way through situations, shoot everyone, sneak around, manipulate people, gamble, steal, bribe, lie, or simply walk into someone's house at 3 AM and steal their entire wardrobe. That's not role-playing. That's executive authority. And then there's the Mojave. Kiddo, this place is basically one enormous corporate dispute with guns. You've got raiders, mutants, NCR soldiers, Legion fanatics, mercenaries, robots, drug addicts, psychopaths, and an astonishing number of people who desperately need you to solve their problems. You meet someone who says, “Please help my town.” Sure. You help them. Then someone else says, “Actually, they're terrible people. Help us destroy them.” Okay. Then a third person says, “Both of you are idiots.” You know what? Fair. The writing is probably the best part. Characters actually feel like they have opinions, motivations, and consequences. Your choices can completely change what happens to entire factions, towns, and people. And the dialogue? Fantastic. You can have a serious conversation about the future of civilization one minute and then convince a psychopath to launch himself out of a cannon the next. That's range. The combat is showing its age, the gunplay can be clunky, and the game has enough bugs to qualify as an insect sanctuary. But honestly, I don't care. Because New Vegas gives you freedom. It lets you be the hero. The villain. The idiot. The dictator. The capitalist. The cannibal. The guy who solves every problem with a baseball bat. You can basically become whatever kind of lunatic you want. 10/10, kiddo. Fantastic writing, memorable characters, meaningful choices, ridiculous freedom, and enough political intrigue to make even a Hyperion board meeting look civilized. I'd give it 11, but Mr. House already has a giant screen telling everyone he's in charge. And I don't appreciate the competition. He should've hired me.
overrated the story the gameplay the dlc everything about this game is overrated the short dev time for this game is not an excuse for its several flaws but still out of all the stuff ive mentioned the worst part is the fanbase

The bible of video gaming
This game sucked me in and spat me out as a girl.
