Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 37.43/day in the week to Jul 30 → 44/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very fun, I like how a lot of things are destructible, makes the game feel a lot more realistic. Overall, 9.8/10. Some things I didn't like, but everything else was perfect.
Good game. Played it on Xbox first then got it for PC because I enjoyed it a lot.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Whilst the mechanics feel dated today, Fallout 4 is the first Bethesda RPG with shooting mechanics that actually feel rewarding to engage with. Previous entries were carried by strong stories, with combat feeling like a burden or a chore to get to the rewarding story moments, enemies were tanky, and shooting them gave no reaction other than lowering a health bar. Here the gunplay is flashy and has real weight to it. Combat is genuinely fun, and feels rewarding in and of itself. I found myself barely using VATS, and spending time using the excellent weapon modding system to create guns of all different varieties, laser, assault, shotgun, plasma etc, just to test out the weapons. Outside of the shooting, the game has some of the best environmental storytelling I have experienced in any video game, something bethesda is well known for. The main plot on the other hand... it leaves much to be desired. I think the best way to engage with this game (and the reason I was able to get so much enjoyment out of it) is to simply free roam the map and stumble into new locations. Bethesda has littered the world with hundreds of 'dungeons' (typically buildings) each with their own unique story told through terminals and logs, alongside valuable equipment and loot. Walk in a straight line and within minutes you will stumble upon one. Each location generally takes an hour or two to explore, and is designed in such a way that you will encounter the story elements chronologically, generally getting to the twist/conclusion right at the end where you get the final rewards. This gameplay loop of exploring a new area, learning about it's pre-war history whilst gaining upgrades and fighting enemies in the combat loop, is extremely fun and addicting. From a rocket engine test facility preparing to launch a Mars mission just months before the war broke out, to a school secretly giving its students brain enhancing drugs through the free school lunches, each location generally has a well told story. I never felt like my time was wasted, both the story and loot felt fufilling at each location. When I play this game now, I genuinely avoid fast travel as it allows me to encounter more of these dungeons. Some of the downsides. Performance can be terrible even on modern systems, and bugs can happen, sometimes being harmless and funny, sometimes being genuinely frustrating. The graphics left a lot to be desired even in 2015, and still do to this day. The main plot doesn't really make a whole lot of sense, and the ending doesn't particularly feel fulfilling. Settlement building is tedious and feels tacked on, it is not a fun thing to do, rather something you end up doing in order to more easily upgrade your gear. Overall I would definitely recommend, even at full price.
