EVERYTIME YOU END A CHAPTER IT GOES BACK ON CHAPTER 1 IT REALLY HATES AND FRUSTATING SINCE I DONT SEE THE SEQUEL OR THE STORY YOU JUST NEED TO END A CHAPTER BEFORE SAVING THE GAME OR IF NOT IT JUST GO BACK ON CHAPTEEEEEERRRRRR 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST PLAY IT SINCE I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY.
Game is janky as hell and has some of the most frustrating enemy designs I have ever seen in an action game. FYI I played on the hardest difficulty where it was easy to get 3 shot by the stronger enemy variants that first show up as a mini boss until they later become regular enemies you will face. The problem is all of these enemies have annoying gimmicks like the spider enemy that limits your mobility and dodge distance and these big dudes with shields that can only be broken by your shotgun and melee attacks. These enemies have very specific solutions to beat them but gets annoying when trying to manage all of them while still dealing with regular enemies while your weapons recharge and being aware of your position (multiple times I got stuck on something while trying to dodge for my life). I bought it on sale and I did NOT have a good time with this

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great game so far. Works great on controller, i did some research and it seems that the game is pretty much meant to be played on controller. The guns also feel great. Hoping to play this in co-op mode with someone.

Reminds me so much of Sinners. Nothing spectacular plot wise but makes up through its gameplay. Hopefully we get a sequel.
This was such a polarizing game for my friend and I during our run in Evil difficulty. The premise and gameplay concept of this game are honestly great: You're basically Cowboy Van Helsing during the late XIX century with a story centered about stopping a vampire plot. All weapons play differently and go nuts on their final upgrade but the main focus of the combat is the gauntlet, doing all sorts of combos with it. The ambience and story are super immersive and the characters are quite likeable. The MAJOR problem this game has is that the multiplayer implementation is awful, feels like they dev team decided to add it way after any sort of regular QA testing or playtesting were completed: -First level has to be completed solo, and if you're aiming to complete this on Evil, that level counts too. -You cannot make progress unless your buddy is next to you, and this hampers exploration. -Tons of model clipping during combat and missing animations when performing finishers. -There are a couple of "on rails" sequences where Jesse, the playable character, has to hop on a minecart to make progress but only the host gets to do it, the invited player can only watch. -The cutscenes are kinda janky, feels like the only character models where serious time was invested into were Jesse's and Edgar's, everyone else looks rough. -Huge desync during combat, sometimes completely leading to disconnects. -Somewhat frequent bugs regarding inputs where a button would completely stop working. In my case, that happened to the parry/block, the dash, the pull and the grenade. Super interesting concept ideas that might be working great while solo that were hampered by lack of polish and optimization for its multiplayer.
Great gameplay, not too hard. Very fun!
