Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 2 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I like the game, but the bugs are horrible. i hope the developers fix it.
I would have liked to like this game but it is not one, rather a chore. Most of the gameplay is repeating the same pattern again in the world map, leaving the base view grind away. At the end, when every goon and soldier is thrown at you, you would encounter problems with not being able to replace minions that are killed with single shot enemies. I can't believe I grinded this to the end game even, I should have stopped earlier.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I gotta say, this is the quintessential libtard demoncrat globalist world domination simulator! You get to play as the whole gang: Klaus Schwab, Stalin, Hillary Clinton, Ilhan Omar, and Greta Thunberg... These people are evil folks!
Fairly enjoyable game. I like it, but don't like how you can't do multiple side missions at once. That would really fix the pacing, which is fairly slow.
A chaotic and goofy management sim with a great theme and tons of content. I think the game shines the most when it's embracing each villain and hero's identity and style, and I think this could've been something special if they'd gone a little further in pursuit of that. I wish we'd also seen more Evil Genius characters to play as! My biggest gripe would be that some of the minion combat and logic can be wonky, but I still thoroughly enjoy this game and recommend it.
Greatest game ever. I find myself playing this game 'til midnight because I just want one more side quest. It gets a little slow at times but you just gotta know what to do during those.
dumbed down boring game, it looks nice but that's about it
Es un buen juego, con 74 horas, los disfrute, 2 partidas y una finalizada, es verdad que las misiones son repetitivas y algo agobieantes, pero el juego es muy disfrutable pese a esto
I'd put neutral if it was possible. It's breadth over depth, it has a lot of cool things to look at, that you look at once, and then the rest is just a slog to complete the game. There's pretty much nothing besides just looking at art or content, which is fine on its own, it's a glorified mobile game, but don't go in expecting any improvements from the first one, or anything more than just mobile game casualness, rather sidegrades/downgrades, and of course "better" graphics. It's one of the better games to play when you just want braindead gameplay.
