Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 28 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Your train is your only refuge in an endless frozen world. When you die, another passenger steps forward and takes your place. As long as survivors remain, your journey continues. Rescue trapped passengers scattered in abandoned facilities across Inara and build up your society one survivor at a time.

It's your base, your shelter, and everyone aboard's last chance at survival. Explore the exomoon Inara solo or in co-op with up to 4 players.

Your mission for survival lies above everything. Venture into dangerous locations filled with valuable resources, technology, hidden secrets, and unforgiving battles. But if you explore for too long, you may risk losing everything.

The train's battery recharges while it's moving and drains when it stands still. Every expedition and every decision you make revolves around this single rule. Manage your train's power, maintain its systems, and never let the battery reach zero or your journey ends. Move or freeze.

Conquer Inara by crafting new weapons, armor, tools, gliders, and essential machinery. Expand and upgrade your train as you push farther along the tracks. Attach hundreds of new wagons to increase storage, boost production, and build out your own logistics.

Your glider puts eyes in the sky over the frozen landscape before you ever set foot on it. Scout new locations, harvest rare isotopes for crafting, and identify threats from above by deploying scan drones into the depths of Inara.
Abandoned facilities, deadly anomalies, and survivors waiting to be rescued are scattered across a procedurally generated world that never repeats. Every run brings new routes, new dangers, and new reasons to keep the train running.
The exomoon is called Inara because the community chose that name. The lore exists because players helped us refine it. Throughout Early Access, EverRail is built alongside the players. Features, systems, game balance, and story will continue to evolve based on the community that keeps the train running.

It reminds me of a 2010 game....with all the respect that comes with it. I find it very fun for it starting out....and its only 15$ so no matter what you think.....its 3 gallons of gas for hours of fun. Combat feels good. Figuring and clearing tracks and making your way back to places is fun. The train customization and glider exploration and upgrade system feels great. My game gave me a starting circle, with NSWE directions. I went north and all my time atm is just north. Finding cars and figuring out how to get to them is a bit puzzle. I recommend it. Besides that, its 15$ and the content you get is well worth it.

Entertaining and fun. That's it in a nutshell. There's a learning curve and after my first run ended in disaster I'm ready to try again with the knowledge I've gained. Only put a few hours in so far but I'm looking forward to putting in more. That's what gaming is about.
its a nice game for early acces looks nice, movement is good wapen timing alittlebit slow but you get te feeling for it only if you play the game alone better to do a costum game that you can get a littebit longer of the train
I've really enjoyed playing this so far. It's rare that a video game holds my attention these days while playing Solo, but I have thouroughly enjoyed it thus far! Graphics are great, gameplay has been smooth. The odd little glitch here and there in Early Access, but overall have had no deal braker impacts on the game! I imagine playing with friends will be when it really gets fun!
Played a while in the demo, really enjoying the game loop so far. Some quirks in this early stages, such as queues not being visible to other player(s) - only the two of us at the time, but may also be early jitters as the release already got rid of some of the weirdness like the map and train stoipping distance marker now makes sense. Defnitely helps to get a second run going after burning through your voluntary donors quite quickly, as you get a much better perspective on what needs to be set up first and how long you have to mess around. With a few more people you could have some propper delegation going on, with multiple raids at the same time. This is cool, even on easy its got some harshness to it, like the food and stuff, but once you get the idea its really quite fun. Has enough building and customisation to keep the base builders happy, while also having enough extraction looter activity to keep the skittish happy too. Oh and a decent bug reporting interface. Some games really should have better ones, but this one is good.
Played a couple of hours of the demo It's not AAA game and the price reflects it The devs are very open and will tell you straight up that it is very very Early access release Honestly for the price it's a bargain for me Whilst most people instantly think of SnowPiercer, obviously it isn't and we don't have a SnowPiercer game, and I wouldn't have hopes for an official one considering season 4 was filmed and locked away into the abyss. So whilst this isn't SnowPiercer for obvious license and trademark reasons, Palworld isn't and never was Pokemon, and we see how that's worked out :D Devs are open to ideas and respond a lot on the discussion board here, not forcing people to reddit or elsewhere, which is a huge+ to me. The amount of customisation available in custom mode again is a huge + because so many devs want you to play the game their way and their way only. The devs have done a great job so early on to allow you to play the game you want, so many games don't get these kind of options until a year after full release. If you like train sims, you might enjoy it, obviously there is combat involved for resources but again, custom games has many options I love the glider, I wish it was actually how Dune Awakening handled their glider system. Combat for now doesn't seem the most complicated, i'm playing the recommended version (normal), I find myself counting 1,2,3,4 spider bot *dead* 1,2,3,4,5 another bot dead Devsw stated they have plans to rework/update the ui i nthe future as it does feel clunky and overwhelming to some My gaming pc is pretty old nowadays but had no issues running a constant 60fps But yeh, having fun so far. Starts with a bit of a learning curve Prioritise your train energy first, if you have food you don't need to stop at every station You can always hit reverse and go back Or find a loop in the track to give yourself to look through menus and craft Always craft on the move - it consumes energy Energy = time for exploration Fun game Value for money Bright future Best of luck Devs
