Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 18 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A wonderfully done modern isometric CRPG, that feels like classic ones. And surprisingly, a game clearly inspired by the S.T.A.L.K.E.R Series and it's inspiration. I'm not far into it at the time of this review but I see myself enjoying this for quite a while!
This game was such a lot of fun to play, until the end of act two, where it dove head-first straight into a very brief epilogue that - like Outer Worlds - left me feeling as though I had been cheated out of a really good chunk of story. Still, as already mentioned above, it WAS a lot of fun to play, but I will leave it a year or so before I dive in with a new character-type to explore other play styles (and maybe get some of those achievements I missed).

this game hits way above it's belt for a indie title the unique class system that's a wrapped into the lore of the world makes me want to reply the game the monologue voice acting is amazing and personally I like to see more of this title and the company behind it
I was having fun at the start, prologue is very solid. Getting through Act 1 was, for the most part, fun. However, my decisions and the faction reputation system doesn't seem to matter nor affect the gameplay beyond a speech check. The exhaustion mechanic, while interesting, was rather tedious to deal with. It got to the point that I wasn't interested in finishing Act 1, so I dropped it, especially after reading that the following Acts are more bare bones than the preceding ones. Also, certain actions being behind skill unlocks is rather dumb. I remember I needed to clear debris with an explosive, and somehow I had the necessary skill to start the timer, but not place the explosive on the ground. You also require a skill to throw any throwable weapon, which pretty much invalidated all the grenades I was hoarding to just another item to sell.
It’s an okay cRPG, mainly if you’re looking for a new old-school Fallout experience. The setting is great and the graphics aren’t bad either. However, the world and characters are bland, and the combat is easy and exploitable. There isn’t much variety in enemies either. But the biggest downside is the story. It sucks. The 'side with one faction to save the world' trope is here, and it’s not innovative at all. The ending is... well, anticlimactic, to say the least. I would only suggest this game to someone who really needs a newer Fallout-like experience and has already beaten the Wasteland series. For everyone else, I’d say it’s a pass.
In 1969, CIA gangster police beat me bloody then dragged me in chains from the Newark Airport. Since then I hide, isolated and alone, in this low down deadly bubble of Soviet hell-rocks and post-apocalyptic corporate newspeak. Because clearly, that's what Tennesse needed in the 1970s - Walmart S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mixed with Great Value Fallout without understanding what made both those and their inspirations good to begin with. You've got some basic world building, sure. You've got some neat game mechanics. You've got multiple paths towards becoming a walking war crime. You've even got reasons to roll a retarded character and play the game multiple times given that your choice in career and to an extent whom you ally yourself with is accounted for… In a game with some of the most boring, bland and dry dialogue, uninterested and somewhat erratic voice acting, and the obvious inclusion of real world politics a la the writer's own inherent bias shining through. Look comrade, if you want to write a story where communists and capitalists are at least in part forced to work together then at the very least read The Green Rain by Paul Tabori. Or don't write anything ever again, because while I can see the beginnings of a good story and decent world-building it is dragged behind kicking and screaming by a soap box away from it's intended destination. Good book by the way, Much better than the book this game tries to be while forgetting that it is indeed that. After all, the mechanics are too forgiving to be called anything more than basic and the gameplay takes a back seat to yet another MUH CHOSEN ONE story that somehow manages to do it worse than your average Bioware game. And they made almost nothing but games about the chosen one needing to use a McGuffin to prevent the Illuminati from eating their ass. Even Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood is that to a T. Still has better writing than Encased, which is what lost me. If the gameplay is barely selling me, then the plot better. 4/10, at least it's not Disco Elysium.
Encased was yet another Fallout 2 clone, and not a thoughtful one. It wanted to claim that lineage so badly it was willing to ignore two decades of CRPG evolution. The result, unsurprisingly, was a bad game. Worse, it was an unfinished bad game. Play something else.
Dead game. Abandoned by devs.
I personally don't care for the game but it's a pretty good RPG. The main issue I have is I'm more of XCOM, WarTales, Battle Brothers TBS player. This is heavy RPG and light tactical combat. I do way, way for running around and chatting then I do room clearing. The game is well made, just not for me. If you are more into the RPG side of things, grab it. It's pretty cheap on sale.
