Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 17 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Building a crime empire and turn-based tactical strategy are my favorite genres, and this game has both. So naturally, I was very excited for it. However, to be honest, the game becomes quite repetitive after the first few hours. The combat always takes place in similar locations, and the district development system is very limited. Definitely don't buy it unless it's on sale. 6.5/10
waste of money
Constant issues loading saves. Losing hours of progress.
Boring game. Takes forever to finish. Extremely repetitive
Say what you want but the game is a good one. I hope the developers come back to this game and polish a bit more. I am happy to pay for another DLC
OK so, Empire of sin is a mix between xcom and any incimental game like CK3 or Gnorpe. The negative reviews are right, it is buggy and it's not engaging period if you don't like either genera. But if you are in that group of people intrested in both, you'll like it.
Very fun game. Would recommend Goldie for anyone playing the game for the first time.
