I bought this despite the mixed reviews to see if it would actually transform the game or add something in some meaningful way... The callback to DS2 is nice and the extra Goldmask set is... weird. Like not sure why it's there when we already have a questline highlighting that spoiler that gives you similar armor. The beginning classes are nice so you don't have to skip the long grind to find your preferred items but I honestly don't think starting classes should have been paid. The lore implications are flavorful at most and not at all impactful to the base game at all, nor the world for that matter. We can argue about whether 5 USD is a lot for this or not, but then it's too late and the flood gates are open. I do not recommend this pack due to it being mostly cosmetic and the armors next to the weapons do not add much to the game play either aside for a small buff to your faith stat. This could've been nightreign skins or equpment and no one would've batted an eye either. This is definitely something meant for the Switch and not PC as you could just mod in your own cosmetics. Not worth the 5 bucks aside from a convenient LGS.

When Elden Ring released first time I said to myself and my friends "[i]I wish we could change look of Torrent.[/i]" And here it is... Horse armor DLC in big 2026, half way to 2027. Should have been a free update for some anniversary. CDPR is giving us free remaster for Witcher 3 (2015) in the meantime. No nothing more to add.
