This is not a game, but one solid bug.

Very nice game
game that can be played without too much stress!
this is an unfinished mess that's barely if at all playable, but with enormous potential basking beneath the diarrhea stew, sort of like Sonic 06 or Damnation. Except those games I was able to complete. This one might not let me due to bugs, or I just can't figure out what to do. I am stuck on some giant ape part that requires me to pull levers. To activate one you have to step on a switch first then get about 2-3 seconds to pull another lever that's a good 12 second walk away. I found another lever to pull, and that did nothing at all. After spending 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do, the game gives me a hint. "Hit the beasts fists to knock it back so you have time to pull the lever." Are you f-ing kidding me? That's not the issue. The issue is the levers don't do jack. I can pull the lever with the ape sitting on top of me. I could only manage to pull this very well hidden lever once because bugs kept preventing me from getting back to it and I'd die. All the while the ape is tossing invisible projectiles at me that seem to hit no matter what. Now let me talk about combat. It's shallow hack n slash, but I like that kind of thing, so I thought it was pretty fun, and there's some cool finishing moves. The problem lies in the fact that the basic enemies take close to 50 hits to kill and there's like 10 you fight in a row each time you have to fight enemies. Eventually I realized only in certain parts do you actually have to fight them, so I just wound up running past them most of the time. Also sometimes the enemies would just kill me in one shot despite having plenty of health. And once or twice I just died for no reason at all. The one boss I fought was boring and tedious like a souls boss, where you can only get in a few hits, then have to move away to avoid an attack. Except at least you do some real damage to souls bosses when you hit them. This thing you sit around wailing on forever. It's not the most tedious thing in the world, but it's pretty boring. There's a trophy for beating him in under 10 minutes, which just tells you they thought it might take more than 10 minutes to kill this thing, and that's absurd. Saving is odd, I think. It doesn't so much save your progress as you just unlock checkpoints to load from in the main menu. You collect crystals for some reason, but I'm pretty sure once you stop playing and load a checkpoint, you lose all those you've found. I haven't confirmed this, but I am suspicious of it. Also, the checkpoints are pretty far between, often 20 minutes or so to get a new one, if not longer. There are checkpoints you start from in between if you die, but if you quit the game before unlocking the official one, you're doing that whole part over. I see a lot of reviews complaining about camera control. This confuses me. There is no camera control. It's fixed angles and you can just move it slightly in each direction. Otherwise the camera moves on its own, and for the most part its fine. It does get finicky from time to time, and it got stuck in place during one fight, but I managed just fine. It definitely needs some work, but it's far from the worst thing about this game. I would have finished this game if I could figure out what to do, but I'm not willing to give up anymore of my life fighting glitches and bugs to hope some stinking levers do anything.
Edge of Twilight – Return To Desktop
Took me more than ten tries and as many configuration experiments until I managed to reach the titlescreen at least. Never seen more of the game than that. And the performance was "slideshow". The game is crashing to desktop permanently. None of the workarounds worked for me. Thats too little content even for a free demo - and they want you to pay 15 bugs for that. My machine: i7-9700K, Z390 Aorus Master, Geforce RTX 2070s, 16 GB, Win10 64bit
