Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 166.6/day in the week to Jul 16 → 52.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Easy Red II is a tactical, realistic, historically authentic World War II shooter focused on large-scale, immersive battles that put you right on the front lines of the chaos.
Command your squad, coordinate combined-arms assaults, and fight across sprawling battlefields modeled after real historical locations of war. Playable completely solo against AI, or take the fight to other players.
Fight all across the globe. In the base game, Easy Red II features 6 extensive campaigns:
Anzio, Italy: a brutal bloody stalemate between Axis and Allied forces lasting for months in the central Italian plains in 1944.
Monte Cassino, Italy: a rugged mountainous campaign where Allied forces waged many attacks on the Gustav Line.
Tunisia: the final stand of German forces in North Africa in 1943.
Operation Flintlock: taking place on the Marshall Islands of Kwajalein and Roi-Namur: a joint operation by U.S. Army Pacific and Marine forces respectively to take captured Japanese Empire-held islands in early 1944.
The Battle of Makin: a battle coinciding with the iconic battle of Tarawa in which U.S. Army Pacific forces invaded the Makin Atoll, furthering their Island-hopping efforts in late 1943.
The Invasion of Kos: the Greek island occupied by Italians and invaded by German forces in 1943.
Across all of these campaigns, there are over 100 unique missions.
Easy Red II also features affordable DLC expansion packs, ranging from the Eastern Front in Stalingrad, the Western Front in Normandy and even across to the war-torn streets of Shanghai, China. These DLC campaigns add time-accurate vehicles, factions, and weapons—as well as over 80 additional missions combined.
Easy Red II is forever evolving. Whether it be AI overhauls, animation updates, free vehicle, weapon, or uniform additions, the game is sure to be constantly improving as time goes on.
In Easy Red II, we put you right in the shoes of the average soldier on the battlefield, fighting in recreated historical locations from the Second World War with historically authentic troop movements and orders of battle.
You aren't a special super soldier—you must traverse your way through roars of gunfire and shell-shocking explosions as you progress through the battlefield. Your survival is not guaranteed.
No man is sent in alone. In Easy Red II, you can control squads of soldiers with various roles: Squad Leader, Radioman, Medic, Support Gunner, and more—all with unique abilities allowing you to change the tide of any battle.
Operate iconic tanks from World War II, featuring detailed armor penetration, ballistics, and crew mechanics. If you lose a crew member, you may lose a function of your vehicle as well.
Some iconic vehicles range from the M4 Sherman, Willys Jeep, Churchill, Panther and Tiger tanks on the ground to aerial vehicles such as the Spitfire, P-51 Mustang, P-40 Warhawk, P-38 Lightning, F4F Wildcat and Bf 109 in the air, with many more.
The battlefield is not static. Forests are leveled, defenses torn apart, and buildings are reduced to rubble over the course of a battle.
Play online in both PvP and Co-op with friends.
Take on missions from the base game, the Steam Workshop, or from a custom mission you created yourself.
Join a friend's squad or play with your own.
Create a match whenever you want, wherever you want, on any map you want.
Create and share your own scenarios, maps, and other custom content through the easily accessible integrated map and mission editor.

------------- I really love this game, mainly as a placeholder/stand-in for Red Orchestra 2 (lol). For this price, there's quite a lot of replayable content, the graphics are pretty decent, and the immersion is alright. While the AI leaves something to be desired, it's still much better than RO2's. At least while playing, it makes you feel like, "Yeah, this is the vibe." ... However, however, however: ①The gunplay/shooting controls feel bad (or rather, the shooting handling is just too poor?). This is the main thing I want to point out. Even when I get hooked and play several maps in a row, I still find myself complaining about the gun handling multiple times every match—it feels pretty weird, to say the least. ②The enemy AI seems to focus-fire specifically on the player, which hurts the experience to a certain extent. Try pushing forward just a tiny bit and you get turned into Swiss cheese. ③Could the logic for capturing and losing control of objective points be reconsidered? If I attack B from A, fail to capture B, and it gets counter-captured, I have to fall all the way back to A to defend it before I can attack B again? Personally, I feel this negatively impacts gameplay. ④Some campaign maps lack distinctiveness; it feels like running in circles through shuffled combinations of flat plains and rural towns. ⑤If possible, please prioritize "improving character running animations" as soon as possible~ *Despite complaining quite a bit, overall, I still highly recommend giving it a try!

If you want the greatest WWII game of all time, perhaps only matched by Call to Arms - Gates of Hell: Ostfront, look no further. The amount of battles in this game is nothing short of remarkable with many more planned to be added. The shooting feels good, the AI does the job and is being improved. The creators are doing reworks of older campaigns. The scale of the battles is top notch, especially when combined with mods. Oh yeah, the mod support… Wow. The creators have made it easier than ever for people to mod this game. Also, the map creator is spectacular and also receiving love and attention. This means you can play around in and learn about virtually any conflict people care to recreate. There’s the Vietnam Conflict, American Civil War, Korean War, 90s conflicts, 2010s conflicts, etc. The sky is the limit. Half the buildings are destructible so far and I imagine the creators will continue to increase this as they rework assets. The creators really care about this game and are active in letting us know what is to come. There’s also multiplayer and that’s where a lot of people also spend their time with this game. Hundreds of hours of content that is constantly being reworked, updated, added to, and modded for only 8-9 bucks?! You can’t beat that. You can get the base game and all the DLCs cheaper than you could a standard game with only a fraction of the content. If you are even remotely interested in WWII, do yourself a favor and purchase this game. The sound design could use some improvement and the graphics are not the primary focus, but it gets the job done. The experience is the primary focus here. With the realism mod, you can turn those gunshots and explosions way up too and that makes the experience much more immersive. Want more bodies on the field or larger battles? A simple drag-and-drop mod install is all it takes. I am so happy I purchased this game and I know you will be too if you share the same interest in WWII. 10/10
cool
What can i even say?! This game took me by a crazy surprise! i expected some cheap sloppy ww2 title, i truly did not expect to find my all time fave ww2 game, anyone that loves the history of ww2, this is the best choice you can make. this game will keep you busy, and someone that plays medic often in other fps titles, i'm in love with how the reviving system works! feels like an actual all out war in some of the campaigns. 10/10 game! keep up the crazy great work!!!
I love that this game is so damn old and still gets updates not like SOME newer games (looking at you COD) that abandon their games as soon as they stop printing money
Ive played a lotta WW2 shooters this ones by far one of the smoothest and nicest ones ive played espically from a indie delvolper I highly recommened playing this over other games in this genre gameplay feels nice the weapons look and sound amazing and you can probably honestly run this on a toaster and still get a pretty decent framerate only thing thats missing is sound mods like day of infamy had for example when someone died it played the windows xp shutdown sound which was so funny if we can get that here id be so happy
中国战场这个模组真的好好玩
really good ww2 sim, can play private coop matches with friends easily against bots. the dev team is still doing serious updates to it 5 years on, the DLC has good content for the price. no pay to win mechanics, combined arms combat, large maps, and the bots were improved alot over the last year so its great for offline SP too. This is what battlefield should be.
