Lined up an approach, on flat fairway, no wind, nailed the swing, and it sliced into the trees? Maybe there's some random mechanic which causes that, but surely a bug that persisted through the patches. The game is no longer supported, and is dead. The menu's are clunky and feel very dated. Overall, a disappointing experience - I'd rather boot up Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004.
Really good with a controller and a friend dont expect to find random people playing, wish they would update it to latest season though seems to have been abandoned. Also get it on special price is ridiculous at the moment.

Although a bit graphically intensive in some courses, I find this game incredibly fun. It's very low energy and chilled to play, allowing you to be relaxed but calculated in your moves and figuring out what shooting style suits you. It really is worth the sale price in my opinion, as the game is visually stunning and the challenges/tournaments provide a great sense of competitiveness. There are so many courses to choose from and the ability to decide how many holes you want to play depending on how long you plan on playing for, be it a quick 15 minute session or hours upon hours.
Gonna be honest. The game is not that good. I just barely re downloaded it here not to long ago and it is stuck in the process again of not wanting to stop running in the Background and it is making me bad because I want to delete it but it won't let me. I would like to have a Refund if Possible.
Best golf game you can play nowadays...better than 2K by far! EA are a terrible company for gaming, but they still make the best golf games.
this game has pre determined shots, that you have no control over, you'll find yourself in the same situations over and over and over again its annoying and takes away from the authenticity of the apparent "simulation experience" feels like an arcade game at best. also thanks for the no support EA, just gave up on it.
One of the worst golf games on the market. Unrealistic physics, horrible controls, nonsensical putting. It's absolute garbage. And the performance is crap to boot.
