Great game an plays perfect for me. The WGT golf game is ok but doesn't come close to this game in many ways. I did tryout keyboard an mouse 3 click setup was ok but like the game says ment to be play with a controller an they are right . The game looks real nice at 1080p RTX2060super graphics card. I got on sale upgrade 16.99 worth every penny twice on sundays.
Game is buggy will play one day then will not start up the next day getting tired of spending money on games that don't work and there is no support for help in finding out what is the problem

I have a dual monitor PC. This game always runs in a window on launch and if I maximise runs too slow to play. nvidia 5060 ti 16gb. EA login an absolute trash pain. Unplayable heap of trash. Not playable due to EA launcher on steam deck without serious effort.

It's reasonably good gameplay but the equipment seems to be hidden behind in game currency that you need to pay real money for (typical EA games). I'm 16 hours in and am yet to find a way of getting the green in game currency without paying real money.
Very fun game, with real players, real courses and real tournaments. Ignore all the reviews talking about politics and not reviewing the game. Reviews are not soap boxes to stand on and preach. Review the game or stay quiet. The graphics are great, except for your golfer. It suddenly becomes 2008 when looking at your golfer. Gameplay is fine, with choices on how you swing. Prefer a more casual game than the controller stick swing? Switch to the 3 click swing. Sound is fine and for the most part so is the commentary. Sometimes they say things that don't fit what happened but mostly it works fine.
An enjoyable game with a learning curve. Variety of courses and long term options for play.
IMHO, because the swing stick isn't punishingly incompetent, this is the better golfing game. BUT, if you like to customize your character, good luck doing so without spending any money. This game is designed to be an intentional grindfest.

Yes, I'd recommend EA Sports PGA Tour. Just put in 10 hours and I'm really enjoying it. The golf gameplay feels smooth and realistic, the courses look absolutely beautiful, and the swing mechanics are satisfying once you get used to them. The presentation is top notch with great commentary and atmosphere. Career mode is decent, though it can feel a bit grindy after a while. If you love golf, this is easily the best EA golf game in a long time. Solid pick, especially if it goes on sale. ⛳
