Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

It tries hard to be badass, but sadly it fails. The story is very weak, predictable and Baron ends up being a disappointing final villain. The boss fights become repetitive slowly and the only notable change with the Volatiles is that they're bigger now. Exploring the world felt meaningless and quickly became boring, unless you're the type of player who enjoys checking every single corner of the map. Maybe I'm just getting too old for that kind of gameplay now. I think Techland forgot what made Dying Light 1 so popular in the first place. Dying Light: The Beast is definitely better than Dying Light 2, but it still doesn't capture the magic of the original. This IP desperately needs a fresh start with more engaging characters. (I miss GAZI so so much now) Thankfully, I bought it on sale. 6.5/10 – A wasted opportunity.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 36/day in the week to Jul 30 → 34/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Well, friends, first of all, I have to say that I love the *Dying Light* game series 😎️❤️ I think parkour is incredibly exciting and highly practical in a Apocalyptic world so, if zombies ever take over the world, make sure you know parkour ^o^ And thanks to the game's creator for the interesting idea I really enjoyed it 💗️ 💗️ 💗️ Well, the game's graphics saw remarkable improvement; they were truly excellent and visually stunning ♬ ♬ ♬ The soundtrack is a masterpiece, too; I always enjoy listening to it, as it evokes a special sense of nostalgia ♬ ♬ ♬ The game's combat system was just as engaging as in previous installments, and the addition of firearms was an interesting idea; however, melee combat is more enjoyable ≧^◡^≦ The Volatiles were truly terrifying in this series; encountering them at night almost certainly meant death, which made the game even More beautiful and scarier 😎️ 🖤 ッッッ I have a few criticisms here ッッッ The addition of the grappling hook was excellent and perfectly captured the feel of the original *Dying Light1 *, but the removal of the parachute was truly disappointing; I had hoped the parachute would be included in this game (◡‿◡✿) Another issue is that, after purchasing the game, I realized that the developers had apparently completely abandoned the new game to focus entirely on *Dying Light 2*. To be honest, before buying this game, I had uninstalled *Dying Light 2* from my system because I thought exciting events awaited me at "The Beast" once the new game arrived; However, it turned out that this was not the case at all There were no (in-game) events , not even for New Year which was truly disappointing (╥﹏╥) In terms of story, this game was slightly weaker than the previous two series but seeing the character 💕 💕 💕 Kyle Crane 💕 💕💕 from *Dying Light 1* was one of its standout, engaging, and surprising moments Overall, the game's story was Good 💕 💕💕 I really enjoyed it 💕 💕 💕 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3638125182 And I hope "The Beast" gets more attention and new events are added to it and, of course, a parachute :)) I want to thank the creator of *Dying Light*; over the years, we’ve shared so many memories and moments with our friends while playing ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ (All Dying Light series) ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ 🦋 🦋 🦋 Keep up the Great work 🦋 🦋 🦋 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3800008240
Dying Light: The Best
Dying Light: The Beast
💔Dying Light - is a good game for its time, especially for co-op💔 💔Dying Light 2 - a disappointing installment in the series💔 💔Dying Light:The Beast - а good sequel to the first part of the game💔
It's pretty good. On par with DL1, maybe slightly better. Way better than DL2.
Thank you, Techland, for this game. After playing Dying Light 2 and wanting to kms after the first one and a half hours of the game, Dying Light: The Beast has saved me. And has saved the franchise. This is the sequel we deserved, even if it does have less than half the content of the "real" "sequel." I am glad they listened to the real fans of Dying Light and not these little kids who only played DL2 and know only of Ubi-slop games. The game has returned to a grounded survival horror with minimal RPG elements. The combat, physics, and gore are super satisfying. Though the ragdolls are a little stiff at times, some finishers look goofy and out of place and its kind of awkward hitting zombies on the ground, but it is close to perfection. Bashing zombies' heads in with a hammer and breaking off their jaw, skull, and entire face is one of the most satisfying things I've ever done in a video game. Kyle Crane feels like the Lincoln Clay of the apocalypse. The dark is actually scary again — even more terrifying than DL1. So many butt-clenching, adrenaline-pumping moments, which I'm glad for. The day-night contrast was literally the main gimmick of the game, and now it's back for DLTB. DL2's nighttime is a kiddies' playground at f*cking Disney Land compared to this game. The parkour is pretty good, though there is only one small area where you can do it. I don't really mind, for what this game is. This game gives me massive The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct vibes, for some reason, mixed with Days Gone, RE, DL1, and The Following. I hope they continue updating this game and adding new content. I'd like to see some expansions to the volatile nests and make it something you have to clear out, like DL1. They are pretty disappointing in this game and confusing if you've played the other games. Just let DL2 die and focus more on this. If they continue to focus down this path of what the players want and what the series is actually about, I'm excited to see what a DL3 would look like.
they forgot to make it fun
