Reviews
Great tool for TTRPG's!

One of the best utilities for virtual tabletop. Makes MAP making easy and fun even if you're not an artist and the only thing that the downside is that you lose time you get so into making maps. But isn't really a bad thing?
I've used this quite a bunch to make levels for my Foundry D&D game, and its quite great. Its relatively easy to make new areas, and there are many levels made by the community that you can access. My players like the levels and appreciate the detail they have. Larger levels can take a toll on your computer resources, you may want to plan ahead and divvy up larger areas into smaller ones to ensure good performance.
Sehr gut zum Maps machen, einfach und schnell
great for what it is, easy to use and make maps for campaigns. I haven't had the chance to do that in ages, but if I did, I'd use this rather than buying or drawing maps every time.
the most accessible map making software out on the market
Only mapmaker I've used as professional gamemaster since release
The app is great... if you want a buggy, AI driven version of Sims building. I'm spending way too much time arguing with AI over furniture placement. Windows only populate when walls are being built, you cannot populate windows to a pre-built wall and doors populate awkwardly while continuing to place new ones and never deleting old ones with each new REFRESH. Stairs are treated as objects when they should be treated as building features, meaning if you have stairs in a room and repopulate the furniture you lose your stairs. You can't report anything wrong with the app as it freezes and crashes every time (and before someone tries to argue the computer needs to meet requirements, I far EXCEED the minimum requirements and the app still barely functions). Better remember to save manually, because it's autosave feature is faulty; you're lucky if it ever actually saves anything for you, typically you have to manually do it no matter what your settings are (and if you DO get the autosave working, it saves it as a separate entity instead of overriding the manual save to the computer, taking up double the space) Really, this could be absolutely AMAZING. You can build many floors, have larger building sizes, have the potential for AI to help decorate, all sorts of things; but the AI ends up being more of a hindrance than an aid when you have to turn everything off except the walls and floors because the AI places things in the most RIDICULOUS locations. The only thing it has over Sims at that point is the size of builds and that's it. If these things actually improve, I'd much more greatly enjoy this app over using Sims for building locations from my stories. The app itself is smaller than Sims and the company isn't anywhere near as problematic or malicious as EA is. I'd LOVE to be able to get away from EA, but this app has decided work needed before it's truly going to be able to replace that for me.
